TestoFuel vs TestroVax
The battle of the Tests in our TestoFuel vs TestroVax comparison today. What we want to know is, which one is going to get our T levels skyrocketing?
These are two serious products with big reputations online. This only counts for so much though. We have seen too many products gain a following based on marketing. What is left when we lift the lid and go deeper into the ingredients and dosages?
These are the two elements that really determine how effective a supplement can be, so what are we looking for from both products today?
The following is what a good testosterone booster should give us:
- More Strength
- Enhanced Libido
- Elevated Mood
- Increased Energy
Time to see what they both have to offer.
TestoFuel vs TestroVax: Who Makes These T Boosters?
The company behind TestoFuel are UK based Roar Ambition.
They have an excellent reputation with a ton of people taking to the net to post their before and after profiles. This is one of the best ways of seeing if a product works for other people.
Roar Ambition has a generous money back guarantee and even amend their ingredients and dosages regularly. This ensures the user is getting the best possible version at all times.
In terms of endorsements, they have some impressive people back in their products. Former Mr. Universe Robby Robinson puts his name to this T booster.
They also make a fat burner called Instant Knockout. This is endorsed by UFC fighter Diego Sanchez who uses it to make weight before a bout.
With all natural ingredients and products made in facilities approved by the GMP and FDA, it is an impressive start.
With two decades of experience, this is the US-based company that makes TestroVax.
Their site states that they collaborate with industry leaders but worryingly they seem to be proud of their proprietary blends (more on that in a minute).
We did see that they have a money guarantee, this is good news. The fact that it also comes with no fine print or misleading terms is also something we like to see.
They only appear to have one other product which is the Human Growth Hormone Promoter called GF-9.
Novex Biotech claim that this T booster will increase T levels by 42.1% in just 12 days. A big claim and only the best ingredients will ensure this is true. Time to see if they can back this up.
TestoFuel vs TestroVax Ingredients
This is where a supplement will sink or swim.
The early lead must go to TestoFuel as they do not use proprietary blends. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for TestroVax. With a big blend made up of most of the ingredients, it means we do not get to see a lot of the dosages.
The overall blend amounts to 2.7 g but we will see what we can discover from the ingredients.
The serving suggestion from TestroVax is also not ideal. They advise taking 3 tablets before breakfast. This will give you a good boost initially but will wear off throughout the day.
TestoFuel advises taking one capsule 3-4 times a day. This will really spread out the T boosting benefits.
A good start from both products and an effective ingredient.
You want a lot of ingredients that inhibit the Sex Hormone Binding Globulin. Both products should contain plenty of these. This stops your body from binding testosterone, freeing it up for use.
B6 also supports the immune systems and will stimulate androgen receptors. Because B6 is not something that our bodies can store, supplementing it is always a good idea.
WebMD, advise that Vitamin B6 is required for the proper function of proteins in the body.
The 5 mg in TestoFuel is a great amount that will give you the above benefits. TestroVax has included just 2 mg which is a little on the low side but will still help.
Up there with the best T booster ingredients on the market.
It helps to put the proteins in your body to work – towards those all-important gains. It stimulates the luteinizing hormone which gets your body creating and releasing more testosterone in the testes.
Often when you read about DAA, people will refer to one particular study that shows how fast acting it can be. It was shown to increase T levels by 50% in under two weeks!
An ingredient that also increases the Human Growth Hormone, it gets the dosage it deserves in TestoFuel. A massive and safe 2,300 mg will really get your T on the rise.
Considering that this would take up almost all the proprietary blend in TestroVax it is unlikely that they have included such a good dosage. Especially since there are 12 other ingredients in the blend.
Another proven T booster ingredient.
This traditional one works as an aromatase inhibitor. Another that makes more room for T to thrive. There are many studies backing up its credentials and it is used as a libido enhancer that stabilizes blood sugar levels.
This is good news for testosterone and when insulin fluctuates it can negatively impact your T.
Since it is part of the proprietary blend in TestroVax, we cannot see if it will be effective or not. The 100 mg in TestoFuel is a good boost of an effective ingredient.
The sunshine vitamin is one of the best going.
Low levels of D3 are often linked to low testosterone so supplementing it is clearly important. This is especially the case since so many in the western world are deficient.
This is a shame as our bodies create their own T when our skin is exposed to direct sunlight. Clearly, we need more sun in our lives.
The 5,000 IU in TestoFuel is an optimal dosage that will send your T levels to where you want them.
Often found alongside Vitamin D3, and for good reason.
Examine.com advise that taking both together actually increases the effects of each.
On top of this, K2 stops the calcification of the arteries that can occur when taking D3.
This version of the K vitamin is also the fastest for your body to absorb, a great inclusion.
The 180 mcg in TestoFuel is all you need.
Another top ingredient and also one that inhibits SHBG.
It is The Journal of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Analysis that show how men with more magnesium in their blood tend to have higher levels of free T.
A good ingredient for any T booster and one that also helps the body to cope with the effects of exercise and aging as well.
200 mg is a great amount once again.
Arguably the most important ingredient in our whole TestoFuel vs TestroVax comparison.
The fact is, our bodies cannot create more testosterone without Zinc.
Such an important ingredient it stimulates the luteinizing hormone so your body will be making more T for you to use. It is also great for ensuring your body does not deplete T levels so much during an intense workout.
Such a great ingredient gets a dosage to match. The 10 mg in TestoFuel, combined with the inclusion of Oyster Extract which is high in Zinc, means you are getting a very good amount.
Another traditional ingredient and another that works.
It is known for helping the user cope with the effects of stress, Making this kinder on testosterone.
One study, in particular, has shown how rats with 5% Panax Ginseng in their diet for 60 days have shown significantly increased blood testosterone levels. We much prefer human trials but this is promising.
The good thing is Ginseng doesn’t rely on promise, it has been shown to enhance libido as well as reduce prolactin.
With 100 mg of it in TestoFuel, you are getting another effective amount.
We have already mentioned how this is high in Zinc and therefore warrants its place.
On top of this, it also contains various trace elements that benefit the body in many ways.
Often just known as Vitamin B9 it is found in small quantities in plant-based foods.
It is most commonly included in pregnancy supplements for those trying to conceive but in terms of boosting T what does it do? It is thought to produce nitric oxide in the body which helps to increase muscle mass. This result in more T.
The 400 mcg in TestroVax is roughly what you need to get the benefits.
You are more likely to see this in pre-workouts and nootropics but it does have sexual health benefits.
There isn’t a great deal of research that has gone into B12 and even more so for testosterone support. Not the most reliable ingredient.
It has been shown to influence the way we use food for energy and it might be useful in an indirect way here.
Still, more studies are needed as the recommended dosage is still not widely known.
All the remaining ingredients are all found in the proprietary blend.
Again, you are more likely to find this in a pre-workout than anywhere else because it helps with muscle pumps. This is because it increases nitric oxide levels.
In terms of increasing Human Growth Hormone levels and testosterone, there aren’t enough studies to back it up. It is Examine.com that says orally supplementing L-Arginine may not reliably improve blood flow in humans
This means it doesn’t help your T and is unreliable in what is supposed to be good at.
You would need around 300 mg to get the above benefits if it did work. The proprietary blend stops us from knowing if we do.
Thought to be good for brain health and cardiovascular health.
With a similar way of working to resveratrol, it’s not a great inclusion. Studies do show that it can have a negative effect on physical performance and there aren’t many human trials to support its use in a supplement.
Grape (seed & skin) Extract
Although the seed and skin are included separately on the ingredients list, only seed extract is thought to have any benefits.
It is thought to have uses for circulation and contains a lot of antioxidants.
Examine.com says that it appears to exert anti-estrogenic effects.
It could work as an aromatase inhibitor. This would be great but it needs more studies to back it up.
Rhodiola Rosea Extract
Another ingredient that helps us to deal with the effects of oxidative stress brought on by exercise and aging.
It also helps us to keep T levels up during exercise. It has also been shown to reduce estrogen levels in rodents. Again though, human trials are what we are after.
Another ingredient that is mostly found in a pre-workout supplement as it can help fight fatigue.
You are looking for around 250 mg before you can get the above benefits. The proprietary blend once again making it impossible to see if this is the case.
Not a great ingredient for a T booster and certainly one with controversy attached to it.
The problem really is that it can have the opposite effect to what we are after.
It could actually decrease testosterone levels and even increase cortisol. The studies are not particularly generous when it comes to licorice and T.
The glycyrrhetic acid in Licorice is thought to reduce T levels and can actually circulate cortisol around the body when consumed.
A bad choice from TestroVax.
Red Clover Powder
An ingredient that is mostly used for menopause therapy.
Studies have shown it does not have any positive effects on testosterone levels. It is possible that it can have minor effects on improving health (see Examine.com) even these are thought to be unreliable.
A traditional medicine that is used as an aphrodisiac but some studies do not support its uses.
It has potential as an aromatase inhibitor which would be good as keeping our T blanched is good news.
There are some that believe it actually mimics estrogen. This once more is the opposite of what we are after.
More questionable ingredients.
A good ingredient.
We have been waiting some time for this but Ashwagandha can help with oxidative stress.
It can even increase strength and muscle performance. It has been used traditionally as a libido enhancer, although this still requires more evidence to back it.
If it is effective you need around 500 mg to give it a chance of working. The proprietary blend stops us from knowing if this is the case.
A bit of a random inclusion but that has been a theme with TestroVax really.
They have created a supplement made up of ingredients found in different types of products. Taurine is mostly found in pre-workouts.
It is known for protecting muscles from soreness post workout and could reduce anxiety.
There is a misconception surrounding Taurine that it is a stimulant because it is often found in energy drinks.
The opposite is actually true as it has calming effects, making it a useful ingredient alongside the likes of caffeine.
This is all very nice, but we’d like some testosterone, please!!
Found in Asian medicine and according to WebMD it is used for common cold, fever, sore throat, and heavy menstrual periods. No mention of testosterone though!
TestoFuel vs TestroVax Side Effects
The good news is that neither product contains anything dangerous.
TestroVax does have the likes of licorice which could have the opposite effect to what we are after. The proprietary blend is also a bit of a concern but the ingredients in there are generally safe to consume.
As always, if you have allergies, check the label before using.

There was only one product here that will genuinely raise testosterone levels and that is TestoFuel.
TestroVax contains some decent ingredients but ⅔ of it is filler. Also, a lot of the ingredients are in the proprietary blend. IF they were dosed optimally, you would think they would let us know about it!!
Still, TestoFuel contains no filler, only proven and reliable T boosters at optimal dosages. This ensures the user that they are getting a product of quality, that will really work.
It is no wonder it is many people’s top testosterone booster.
