TestoFuel vs Testogen T-Booster Comparison

A good T booster is hard to find. Both supplements in our TestoFuel vs Testogen review have got a loyal following.

However, don’t be one of those people who fall for the fancy packaging or reads what the product says it will do without checking if it has the ingredients to back it up. So, let’s see which testosterone booster out of TestoFuel vs Testogen stacks up to be the best.

We are very picky when it comes to our supplements, it takes a lot for us to label a product as the best testosterone booster.

Today we are going to compare two of the giants in the industry. But does a bigger company always mean better? Past experience says absolutely not!

As always we are going to take a closer look at the people behind the product, the ingredients, and potential side effects. We are looking for a testosterone booster that has the ability to do the following:

  • More Muscle Mass and lean muscle
  • Enhanced Libido
  • Be 100% natural
  • Be Free of proprietary blends
  • Help with better performance in the gym

Which product can claim to be better at this? It’s time to get to know them a little better.

TestoFuel vs Testogen: Who Makes These Testosterone Boosters?

Roar Ambition

Testosterone Booster - TestoFuel box bottle

These guys know their way around a good supplement. Having reviewed some of their other products we like what they are doing.

They review and amend their recipe frequently so you are getting the best version of whatever product of theirs you are using. One of their other products is the fat burner Instant Knockout, used by pro athletes such as UFC fighter Diego Sanchez who uses it when making weight before a bout.

The endorsements don’t stop there, TestoFuel itself is endorsed by former Mr. Universe himself Robby Robinson, check the guy out as he’s in his 70’s and is in incredible shape!

With a money back guarantee and facilities approved by the FDA there is a lot to like about Roar ambition.

Wolfson Berg Limited

Sounds German, but based in Cyprus, yet the Testogen website gives a New York address…hmmm!

A look at their website and it seems as though their generic site has been whipped up quite quickly but they cater for a large audience.

The guys behind Testogen use 100% approved FDA facilities and they say they adhere to a well-researched formula. The website isn’t very helpful for finding out any information that could actually be useful other than they say they have a combined industry experience of over 30 years.

The problem with that – how many people are they combining?

TestoFuel and Testogen Ingredients

This is where we get to know just how effective these testosterone boosters are. The first thing we should say is that there are no proprietary blends on either label. This means we can actually see just how good or bad these products are.

T-Booster Mutual Ingredients

D-Aspartic Acid

A proper T booster ingredient to start with and it is no surprise that both supplements use this ingredient. It is great for raising your T levels by increasing the luteinizing hormones throughout your body. This tells the testes that your body needs to create more testosterone then release it for use.

Ideally, your D-Aspartic Acid dosage in a T-booster should be around 1,500 – 3,000 mg a day so the 2,000 mg included in Testogen is well within the optimal dosage. This being said there is room for more and the 2,300 mg in TestoFuel puts it ahead in our minds.

Another great testosterone booster and not found in enough supplements in our opinion.

There are so many ways that it boosts T levels which is probably why it is so heralded. It is essential for creating testosterone, no zinc = no testosterone. And because so many people are deficient, supplementing is important.testofuel-vs-testogen

Zinc has even been proven to block your body from depleting it’s T levels throughout your workout, so holding onto it when you need it the most. It can even reduce prolactin levels – less prolactin is good for testosterone.

The issue we have with Testogen’s inclusion is the dosage is very high at 72 mg, pretty much right up to your daily allowance. Yes, most people are deficient, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t any Zinc in most diets.

In fact, it is found in a lot of foods such as red meat, poultry, dairy products, seafood, and Oysters so if you include these in your diets, Testogen can take you over what you should be having.

Too much Zinc can leave the user nauseous, vomiting, with a lack of appetite, diarrhea, and more possible side effects.

The amount contained in TestoFuel is a far more sensible 10 mg so it will give you a boost without the risk. This is another round for them.

Vitamin D3

A great T booster that is found in the better products we have seen, mainly because it helps to raise the free T levels in your body.

The fact that most people are deficient is a shame because our bodies actually turn sunlight exposure into D3 when it is exposed to skin.

The optimal amount in TestoFuel gives it the edge once again and it is worth noting that Testogen has included less than 1/10th of the dosage and is very underdosed.

Used in ancient medicine, it is not short of being a super ingredient really. Great for healthy levels of testosterone it is also thought to help keep estrogen levels down in your body. This means you have more room for testosterone to thrive.

The Fenugreek levels in Testogen are 20 mg, whilst TestoFuel has 100 mg. Since the optimal dosage is over both of these, we will give Testogen this one.

Individual T-Booster Ingredients

Oyster Extract

An ingredient that often sets it apart from others since you don’t see it enough in testosterone boosters. It has a lot of zinc and iron which are both very good T boosters and give you those big muscle pumps in the gym.

On top of this, it has an array of useful vitamins and even helps to get muscle protein synthesis going as well.

Tribulus Terrestris

There are a few studies that show this to be a useful ingredient for your T levels but these are unreliable. Most of the evidence points towards the fact that this ingredient isn’t very effective and in fact, it can even increase the weight of your prostate.

TestoFuel vs Testogen Side Effects

The fact that TestoFuel uses only 100% natural ingredients all in safe dosages means you will not experience side effects unless you are allergic to Oysters perhaps.

Testogen, however, has a high level of Zinc, and supplementing over 40 mg can have adverse effects that you do not want. Some of these include headaches, nausea, abdominal pain, irritability and diarrhea amongst others.

Tribulus Terrestris can also cause an increase in prostate weight.

TestoFuel vs Testogen Conclusion

Winner: TestoFuel

Testosterone Booster - TestoFuel box bottle

This was one of the closer battles that we have reviewed in a long time. The fact that both have natural ingredients and most within sensible dosages made it a hot contest.

TestoFuel just had more in the tank. More of its ingredients had optimal dosages (D3 was the particular let down for Testogen in that it was so underdosed) and all of them were safe.

This is where Testogen could have done more. There is far too much Zinc for us to feel comfortable with using it, the side effects aren’t the worst we have seen but they are still enough for us to stay clear.

They both avoided using proprietary blends which is to their credit and the list of ingredients from both shows they know what they are doing.

We also tend to trust TestoFuel a bit more. Their website has more information and Roar Ambition is a reputable company, whereas Wolfson Berg Limited is just that – limited in how much you can find out about them.

It was because of all of this and more that TestoFuel won the day and is still one of the best we have seen. To find out more about this proven testosterone booster, check out our in-depth TestoFuel review.
