TestoFuel vs Nolvadren XT

Today we have two of the bigger brands going head to head. Our TestoFuel vs Nolvadren XT review gives us the chance to look at a brand with a great reputation vs one that has the hype.

To be fair to both products, there is a lot of good talk about them, but no two T boosters were made equal.

We’re looking for a product that can really get our T on the rise but also do the following:

  • Suppress Estrogen
  • Raise Libido
  • Increase Energy
  • Be Safe

This is easier said than done though. It takes more than colorful packaging and bold promises to convince us. We’re going to take a look at everything, from the ingredients and dosages to the companies themselves.

Speaking of which…

TestoFuel vs Nolvadren XT: Who Makes These T Boosters?

Roar AmbitionTestoFuel Review

The UK based company behind TestoFuel are Roar Ambition.

They make some of our highest rated products using natural ingredients. What impresses us about them in their customer service. It’s not just the 90-day money back guarantee that we’re talking about (although that is awesome!).

They also review and amend their ingredients and doses regularly. This ensures the customer is getting the best possible version. They ship directly from both the UK and USA.

Roar Ambition has managed to get some impressive endorsements for their products as well. None other than former Mr. Universe Robby Robinson puts his name to this T booster. For a guy in his 70’s, he’s all the proof some people will need.

They also make a fat burner called Instant Knockout that is endorsed by UFC fighter Diego Sanchez.

Man SportsMan-Sports-Nolvadren-XT

There doesn’t get a more masculine brand name than this.

The Texas-based company has gone down the macho route and they also seem to have a money back guarantee, although theirs is only 30 days.

They have a massive 10,000 sq ft manufacturing warehouse making their various products that include the likes of Amino Coffee Creamer, Beta-Alanine (watch out for a tingling sensation called paresthesia!) and others.

They also have an impressive range of merch from shakers to hats.

TestoFuel vs Nolvadren XT Ingredients

This is where we can really tell them apart.

The good news is that neither uses proprietary blends. This means we can take a close look at all ingredients with the dosages revealed.

The suggested servings are where the initial difference is. TestoFuel have got this right. Taking 3-4 servings across the day means you can really spread out the T boosting effects.

Nolvadren, however, suggests taking 2 capsules only in the morning. Not only is this when our T is already at its peak for the day, but it means it will wear off.

They also advise to cycle 8 weeks on then take 4 off, such is the potency. We have another issue with that, a natural T booster can be used all the time, an approach we much prefer.

Still, time to see what they are both made of.

Vitamin D3

It will be hard to top this ingredient as it is one of the top T boosters we have seen.

Low levels of D3 are often linked to low testosterone. This is a shame in a way since our bodies actually create their own D3. this is when our skin is exposed to direct sunlight. It is clear then that we aren’t getting enough sun in our lives.

Vitamin D is one of the most common deficiencies in the western world. The vitamin is also linked to better sexual health. This, in turn, is better for your T levels.

Such an important ingredient deserves a proper dosage. That’s exactly what we get in TestoFuel. The 5,000 IU is a huge and optimal amount that will get your T on the rise.

Vitamin K2

Another excellent inclusion. This time because it compliments the D3 in the body.

It is important to take K2 when using Vitamin D3 to prevent the calcification of the arteries. In fact, Examine.com states that taking the two together actually increases the effects of each.

A significant ingredient that is also a clever inclusion. K2 is the form of Vitamin K that can be absorbed better by the body. This means it is more effective.

The dosage of 180 mcg means it will work nicely alongside D3.

Vitamin B6

Another clever idea B6 is good for ensuring your body stimulates androgen receptors. This encourages your testes to create more T.

It is known for reducing estrogen levels. It makes the Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG) less effective. This is what binds your T, making it less effective and stops you from being able to use it.

Anything that can change this is going to really help your T levels to soar.

At 5 mg, this might seem low, but for an ingredient like B6, it is everything you need.

Another ingredient that inhibits SHBG. There are plenty of ingredients here that really want your free T to thrive.

Since our T levels decline year on year from around the age of 30, we need all the help we can get to keep the T we have.

The Journal of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Analysis found that men with more magnesium in their blood tend to have higher levels of free T.

This is the sort of trait we need and when backed by studies, you cannot argue with the evidence.

200 mg is an optimal amount that will really give you all the above benefits.

Up there with the best ingredients you can get for your T.

Our body cannot create more testosterone without it, that’s how important it is here.

It stimulates the luteinizing hormone. This communicates with the testes to create and release more T. It has other uses too. It stops our bodies from depleting their T levels so much during an intense workout. Saving more for to use later.

There is 10 mg in TestoFuel. Combine this with the fact that it also contains Oyster Extract which is high in Zinc and you will have an optimal dosage that will really get your T on the rise.

D-Aspartic Acid

Again, this is one of the best ingredients you can hope for in a T booster. TestoFuel is full of great inclusions.

DAA is great for increasing the levels of the Human Growth Hormone but it doesn’t stop there. It is well known in the industry as being a fast-acting T booster. Studies have shown that in just 2 weeks it can increase T levels by 50%!

It is another ingredient that stimulates the luteinizing hormone. Also, it helps to ensure the protein you consume is used for gains.

What more can you say, it is just an excellent all-rounder. Thankfully, TestoFuel has included another optimal dosage in the 2,300 mg.

Siberian Ginseng

A good ingredient that is a little different from the rest.

It helps to battle stress. Your body is less likely to show and suffer from the effects of stress when taking Ginseng. This is good news for your T levels as stress is known to lower your testosterone levels.

A good natural and safe ingredient. It is also known to reduce prolactin levels. This is good as men who have high levels of prolactin in their body are more likely to have low T.

The 100 mg is a nice boost to get the above.

Another effective T booster.

Fenugreek is good because it is a traditional libido enhancer. Good news for anyone looking for this side of a T booster as many are.

It is also thought to be capable of bringing T levels up to a healthy level. Since it is so natural and safe, it has been a popular ingredient for many centuries.

Another aromatase inhibitor, it works to keep estrogen levels down which frees up the T you have but are unable to use.

It is even thought to have muscle building potential. It’s the kind of ingredient you need whether that is in the bedroom or the gym.

At 100g, it is another very good dosage.

Oyster Extract

We mentioned this one earlier and the fact that it is high in Zinc.

Low levels of Zinc is linked to low T levels as well as low sperm count so keeping it topped up is important. Oyster Extract is one of the most condensed sources of Zinc.

A Zinc deficiency is also linked to you being less above to put on muscle, that would be a nightmare for us all!

These benefits are great but so are those for your overall health. The trace elements included are essential for your body.

With 100 mg included, you will get a lot from that.

Nolvadren XT

Here we have the other corner. Compared to TestoFuels 10 carefully selected ingredients, we only have 4 to get through here.

Labeled the aromatase inhibitor this ingredient has made its way into this product although it is created naturally in the body.

It is being supplemented to reduce estrogen levels. As we have already mentioned, this can only be a good thing

Examine.com describes it as having very potent anti-aromatase properties in vitro.

Sounds promising but we have a bit of a problem with that. It’s great when an ingredient is showing the necessary traits to being a good product. But until clinical trials and studies have been undertaken to prove it’s use and safety, we have our reservations.

There are sources that suggest it can reduce cortisol levels. This is good as the better your body can cope with stress, the better it is for your T.

The problem really is that it hasn’t been scientifically tested on humans. The optimal daily dosage is also unknown as a result.

Some believe 30mg is enough for someone using it for the first time. Other suggest 75 mg – 200 mg is a good amount.

Man Sports Nolvadren XT contains 75 mg per serving.

Otherwise known as Diindolylmethane this ingredient can be sourced from different veg including cauliflower, cabbage, and broccoli to name a few.

WebMD suggest that it might actually act like estrogen in the body. It does also say that under certain circumstances there is evidence that it might also block estrogen effects.

This is an odd ingredient as in some cases it can reduce estrogen, particularly in women. Alternatively, it has been known to raise estrogen levels as well, that’s not what we want here at all.

Your body can only absorb a certain amount of DIM so you don’t want too much of it. Excessive amounts are considered to often have the undesired effect. The issue here is that Nolvadren XT is a self-proclaimed potent product. Let’s hope they didn’t get this one wrong.

We find it challenging to get excited by DIM and the 200 mg might be good, but it also might work against you.

7-Hydroxy 17-B-Dihydro Dehydroepiandrosterone

This ingredient is here for cortisol control.

We’ve mentioned how important this can be and Nolvadren commitment to Cortisol control is clear since other ingredients in the product do this as well.

Cortisol is bad news for the muscles but not everyone is in such need to shift it. Nolvadren has a reputation for being used by bodybuilders coming off of steroids. This is considered a transition.

Cortisol actually makes it difficult to burn fat. An issue for bodybuilders for sure which is exaggerated when taking steroids. If you are a Clean Mean Machine then this won’t apply to you anyway.

7-Hydroxy 17-B-Dihydro Dehydroepiandrosterone is a metabolite of DHEA. DHEA is a banned substance in many sporting organizations and countries so be careful if this will affect you.

The 25 mg seems to be a safe dosage.

7-Hydroxy Dehydroepiandrosterone

Similar to the last ingredient but a variant. The same use is intended though – cortisol control.

According to WebMD, people take it to maintain lean muscle mass. When you dig a little deeper, they also mention that there is insufficient evidence to back these attributes. More evidence is needed to rate the effectiveness of this ingredient.

Clearly, it is difficult to tell what a good dosage is whilst there isn’t enough known about it.

TestoFuel vs Nolvadren XT Side Effects

The good thing is that you shouldn’t expect any major side effects from either.

TestoFuel has a reputation for using 100% natural ingredients that are completely safe. Unless you have allergies to any of the ingredients you shouldn’t worry.

Nolvadren XT should be fine to use. However, look out for dry joints, something that a few people have complained about when using it.
