TestoFuel vs MHP Clinical Strength T-Bomb 3xtreme

Quite the mouthful our TestoFuel vs MHP Clinical Strength T-Bomb 3xtreme review. Well MHP has gone all in on their cliche name selection, clinical / strength/bomb / Xtreme!

It takes more than a fancy name or clever marketing to impress us. We’re only interested in proven ingredients and optimal dosages. That’s the only way to actually create a product that works.

So, what does each of these T boosters need to do in order to actually work? The following is a good start:

  • More Strength
  • Enhanced Libido
  • Elevated Mood
  • Increased Energy

Anything less than this won’t do either any favors. Time to see which is the best product, starting with…

TestoFuel vs MHP Clinical Strength T-Bomb 3xtreme: Who Makes These T Boosters?

Roar AmbitionTestoFuel Review

Here we have the UK based company behind TestoFuel.

They have an impressive approach to customer service. With a generous money back guarantee, they also check and amend their ingredients and dosages regularly. This means you are getting the best possible version.

Roar Ambition ship directly from both the UK and USA so your product gets to you when you need it.

If you’re into endorsements then theirs are impressive. None other than former Mr. Universe Robby Robinson puts his name to this product. For a guy in his 70’s, he is in great shape.

They also make a fat burner called Instant Knockout. This is endorsed by UFC fighter Diego Sanchez.

Now here is one of the industry’s big brands that are based in the US.

With over 2 decades of experience, they claim that this product increases your T by 30%. It also comes with the promise of more lean muscle mass as well as strength and mood and libido support.

They’re making all the right noises and although we didn’t see anything about a money back guarantee, we did see you have 30 days that you can send for a return.

With a wide range of products, there is a lot of merchandise as well as products such as pump enhancers and recovery aids.

Their endorsements include Physique Pro Chris Bumstead and pro bodybuilder Victor Martinez, Mr. Universe runner-up in 2007.

Time to see what they are made of.

TestoFuel vs MHP Clinical Strength T-Bomb 3xtreme Ingredients

This is where we can separate the two products and see which will be more effective.

We have noticed straight away that MHP Clinical Strength T-Bomb 3xtreme have used proprietary blends. Two of them in fact. This means we cannot see the dosages of many ingredients. This also means they could be underdosed and ineffective or even dosed too high and dangerous.

The suggested servings also favor TestoFuel. They advise taking 1 capsules 3-4 times a day. This means the T boosting benefits are spread out. MHP Clinical Strength T-Bomb 3xtreme advise taking 3 capsules in the morning and evening.

Still, we can find out a lot with what they’re giving us.

Mutual Ingredients

Magnesium

A good ingredient that we always like to see in a T booster.

As with many of the ingredients you will see, Magnesium inhibits the Sex Hormone Binding Globulin.

This is what binds your T and makes it unavailable for use. Anything that can reverse this is a good thing.

The Journal of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Analysis says that men with more magnesium in their blood tend to have higher levels of free T.

It helps the body to cope with oxidative stress to deal with the effects of aging and exercise.

You need around 100 mg for any effect. We are getting 200 mg with TestoFuel so they have started this comparison with an optimal dosage.

The issue with MHP is that we are only getting 30 mg for every 6 capsules. An underdosed start.

Zinc

A top ingredient, the best mutual one in this TestoFuel vs MHP Clinical Strength T-Bomb 3xtreme review.

Zinc is vital as our bodies cannot create more T without it.

It is good for stimulating the luteinizing hormone. This communicates with the testes to create and release more testosterone.

Zinc also stops our bodies from depleting T levels so fast during an intense workout.

Such an important ingredient comes from two sources in TestoFuel. They have included 10 mg of Zinc as well as Oyster Extract, which is high in Zinc, this means you are getting a great amount.

The issue for MHP is that the 50 mg a day they have included goes over the upper daily tolerance level of 40 mg. This is an approximate amount but considering we get Zinc from various food sources, it is likely that you will be getting a dosage on the high side.

The potential side effects include fatigue, fever, coughing, stomach pain among others.

Fenugreek

Another good selection.

This traditional ingredient has been used for centuries as a libido booster and is also thought to be an aromatase inhibitor. This means you will be getting less estrogen and more T.

It is an effective ingredient with the traits we are looking for in a supplement like this.

TestoFuel has gone for 100 mg –  a nice boost from a good ingredient. Since it is in one of MHPs proprietary blends, we have no idea how much they have included and therefore, do not know if it will be effective.

Individual Ingredients

TestoFuel

Vitamin D3

One of the best ingredients going for a testosterone booster.

Studies have shown that low levels of D3 are linked to low testosterone. Keeping it topped up is important then, especially since many of us are deficient.

The fact that our bodies create their own D3 when our skin is exposed to direct sunlight makes it even more of a shame.

The optimal dosage of 5,000 IU in TestoFuel is a big and impressive amount.

Vitamin K2

A sensible ingredient to include when giving us so much D3.

It stops the possible calcification of the arteries when taking Vitamin D3. It is also good as Examine.com advise taking both together actually increases the effects of each.

This is good news for the consumer, especially since the 180 mcg included is all you need.

Vitamin B6

In terms of stimulating androgen receptors, B6 is a great inclusion.

This means your testes will be creating more T.

It even reduces the amount of estrogen you store which is another trait we want. By inhibiting the SHBG once again, it is another ingredient that will get the balance where you want it.

It has the potential to support the immune system as well as ensure you can break proteins down.

Since you cannot store B6, it is important to ensure you have it in ample supply.

The 5 mg in TestoFuel is all you need.

D-Aspartic Acid

Another one of the better ingredients for T boosting.

DAA is good for increasing the level of the Human Growth Hormone.

We like it because it is fast acting. There are studies that have shown that DAA can increase T levels by 50% in less than 2 weeks! It will stimulate the luteinizing hormone so another that gets you creating more T.

It can even help you to put the proteins in your body to good use – more gains.

TestoFuel gives this excellent ingredient a great dosage of 2,300 mg.

Ginseng

Another traditional ingredient and one that helps your body to cope with stress. This means that it will not impact your T levels as much as it could.

There is a study that shows how rats with 5% Panax Ginseng in their diet for 60 days have shown significantly increased blood testosterone levels. We do prefer human trials by far but the potential is there for this.

It is a proven libido booster though and will keep your prolactin levels down which is where you want them. People with higher prolactin tend to have lower testosterone.

The 100 mg is another good boost.

Oyster Extract

We mentioned this ingredient earlier. It is an effective ingredient because it contains a lot of Zinc.

On top of this, it also has various trace elements that have multiple benefits for the body.

MHP Clinical Strength T-Bomb 3xtreme

Since there are so many ingredients to cover in this T booster, we will go through some of the more significant ones.

Copper

Examine.com say that there is little evidence for Copper being useful in a supplement and it is not often in short supply.

Still, it might be of use to us because of the high Zinc levels. Too much Zinc depletes Copper so it is a good idea to counter this.

If Zinc was dosed a but more sensibly then there would be no reason to put Copper in this product anyway.

At least the dosage is given. 4 mg per day.

Tribulus Terrestris

This is included in their testosterone boosting and estrogen control complex blend. The problem being it doesn’t help with either of those traits.

It was once thought to be a great T booster but since then, studies have shown this to not be the case.

It’s not all bad though, Examine.com says that Tribulus Terrestris can be an effective libido enhancer.

The same page does confirm the belief that it has limited use for power output and testosterone enhancement (which it has repeatedly failed to do).

So an effective libido enhancer but we have no idea how much we are getting due to the blend.

Chrysin

Found in passion flowers more often than not but it is an ingredient that doesn’t have a lot of studies to support it.

There is the possibility that it can be an aromatase inhibitor but this is disputed.

It is a flavone found in the body naturally and with just one study to really give it any credit, there isn’t a lot to get excited about. All you need to know is that foods high in Chrysin do not affect your T levels.

You need about 500 mg for it to do anything and this would take up a big portion of the blend so it is unlikely to be given a proper dosage.

Red Clover Extract

There isn’t a lot of evidence to back it and studies are in their early stages for this ingredient.

It is supposed to be good for stimulating the luteinizing hormone as well as stopping your testosterone from being reduced in the bloodstream. With more studies, it could be an effective ingredient.

For us though, we prefer to stick to the facts. WebMD says it is used for many conditions, but so far, there isn’t enough scientific evidence to determine whether it is effective for any of them.

This means we won’t get too excited by it. Besides, it is part of the proprietary blend so we have no idea if it could work anyway.

Longjack

This ingredient has its plus points but mainly for sexual health.

An aphrodisiac that Examine.com says has a lot of backing to support this trait.

However, Examine does go on to say that there is a lack of evidence when it comes to T boosting but could be an effective anti-estrogen ingredient.

There are a few maybes with this product. It might also be food for sperm production but again, we need more studies to support this. It might help battle stress. The problem with all this is that we are not a fan of maybes, only proven ingredients.

Also, you need at least 200 mg for it to work. The proprietary blend stops us from knowing if this is the case.

TestoFuel vs MHP Clinical Strength T-Bomb 3xtreme Side Effects

The good news for TestoFuel is that there does not appear to be any side effects from using their product.

The same can’t quite be said for MHP Clinical Strength T-Bomb 3xtreme. The proprietary blends alone make us concerned but the Zinc being so high is another potential issue.

Side effects such as fatigue, fever, coughing, and stomach pain are some of the things to look out for.

As always, if you have allergies, check the label.

(Clean Lean Machine tip: Take advantage of their free 1 month supply when you order 3 boxes whilst the offer is still available!)

Whilst these are two high profile products, only one can be considered as premium.

TestoFuel does everything you want it to. They disclose all ingredients and dosages. This is probably because they are so good. Why wouldn’t you want to show off your dosages if they were optimal?

At the end of the day, you can have a big reputation and still not deliver a good product. This is certainly the case for MHP today. Some of the ingredients look good on the label, but when it comes down to it they cant back it all up with good dosages.

A proven T booster has it all, that’s exactly what we’re getting with TestoFuel. No wonder it is one of the highest ranking T boosters going.
