Test X180 Alpha Review
The product looks good, but how good is this T booster? Our Test X180 Alpha review will unveil all the dirt on this product as we see if the slick appearance translates into a genuinely good product.
Part of the problem with this industry is that customers fall for good looking products, without checking the label. This is the biggest mistake you can make – not educating yourself on what a good T booster should look like. It can be dangerous if they are using proprietary blends or include some suspect ingredients.
Our advice – keep checking back with us, or message if there is a product you would like to know more about.
In terms of this T booster, it boasts the following claims:
- Maximize Muscle Mass
- Boost Sex Drive and Libido
- Enhance Performance
So, just how close to this can they get? If they exceed expectations then they stand a chance of making it onto our top testosterone boosters list. Time will tell but let’s start by getting to know them a little better.
Test X180 Alpha Review: Who Makes This Product?
Force Factor is the company behind this product and they have priced this at a real premium range it can retail anywhere around $140 so we are expecting big things here.
We don’t mind paying a premium price for a premium product, but it needs to be the real deal.
They have a 30-day money back guarantee, this doesn’t seem long enough for our liking – most T boosters take about that long before you start to notice a true difference but it is good that they even have that.
One of the endorsements for another of their products is Bo Jackson, hall of famer athlete in multiple sports. In the brief quote on their front page he talks up how one of their T boosters Alpha King is the real deal.
Let’s see how relevant this is for this T booster today.
They have a range of other products with thermogenic and nitric oxide boosters featuring prominently.
Test X180 Ingredients
For a product that sells for a premium price, you would expect better from them. We are disappointed because they use proprietary blends. Not for all their ingredients but for enough of them to make it frustrating.
This means we don’t get to see all of the dosages as many of them are tied into one larger ingredient, with the total dosage the only one that is revealed. This means an ingredient could be ineffective, good or even dangerous, but we won’t be able to tell.
Still, like we said there are some that have the dosages and we will take as close a look as we can.
A good start and this ingredient features in some of our top recommended testosterone boosters for a reason.
It is good for stopping the female hormone estrogen from operating as effectively. Less of this in your system means more room for T. It seems to help unbind T, freeing it up and making it useful once again.
The 2 mg will have an effect, although this could be more generously dosed in our opinion.
Another excellent ingredient for testosterone boosting.
The fact is, our body cannot create more T without it.
It is also great for stopping our body from depleting our testosterone levels so quickly during intense levels of exercise, saving more for later.
On top of this is also effective at reducing the level of prolactin there is in your system. Another known killer of your T, lower levels of this is a good thing.
It works with the Leydig cells in the testes to create and release more testosterone.
The 8 mg included is an OK dosage and will have an effect. Arguably the best ingredient in this Test X180 Alpha review.
It is thought to be good for increasing nitric oxide levels and in turn blood flow – this is good for strengthening erections, so in terms of sexual health, it might be a good inclusion.
Concrete studies are thought to still be lacking and it has a way to go before being considered a proven T booster really.
It is included in the ‘sexual performance blend’ so we know two things here – one they are looking at it for sexual health, and two – we have no idea how much of it there is in this product.
Catuaba Bark Extract
Some believe this to be a potentially good libido enhancer, we don’t like to just work with potential though.
Unless it has some solid backing then we cannot say that it will have a good effect. Mostly found in nootropics due to its elevating mood qualities but this comes under the ‘may be able to’ category anyway.
Either way, it could be amazing, but we have no idea how much there is in this product anyway.
Another sexual enhancer.
This has shown plenty of promise when it comes to libido enhancing, it is a famous aphrodisiac. On top of this, it is also good for increasing sperm quality so it seems a decent inclusion.
Dosages of between 1,500 – 3,000 mg are thought to be the optimal range, since the overall proprietary blend it is in totals 860 mg we can only assume this is an ineffective inclusion.
Damiana Leaf Extract
Another sexual enhancer, we get it guys!
Looking for more T boosters the deeper we get into this product but this might well be good for stopping estrogen from being effective. That is good news for your testosterone levels but it is unproven at this stage.
It is unlikely that the 860 mg overall dosage of the blend this is in contains the 400 – 2,000 mg optimal dosage of this ingredient, another pointless inclusion.
A good inclusion, although it is unlikely to be dosed highly enough.
It is good for balancing insulin levels which in turn stops it from preventing testosterone to thrive. The problem here is that you need more. The blend total of 350 mg – it is unlikely, therefore, that any of the ingredients will be effective.
A proven T booster we don’t mind seeing this at all.
It inhibits the Sex Hormone Binding Globulin that makes your testosterone ineffective. Less of this is good news for your T. It also inhibits aromatase which converts testosterone to estrogen.
With so many uses it is a shame that it is highly unlikely that this product contains anywhere near the optimal amount of 250 – 750 mg.
There are some ingredients such as other B Vitamins and Selenium which may have some decent health benefits, but not for your T. Since there are a lot of ingredients in this product, we concentrated on the one that stood out a bit more, good or bad.
DIM is also found in one of the blends although this can be an effective estrogen suppressant there are circumstances where it can work against your testosterone. The dosage isn’t included anyway so we cannot tell if it would work or not.
Test X180 Alpha Side Effects
At least there doesn’t appear to be anything in here that could cause side effects.
The proprietary blends overall dosages are quite low so we wouldn’t expect anything in there to cause you concern.
Test X180 Alpha Review Pros and Cons
- Some good ingredients
- No side effects
- Too many ineffective ingredients
- Proprietary blend
- Premium price but not premium product
- Some low dosages
Test X180 Alpha Review Conclusion
Whilst it has some proven T boosters, it does what a lot of other products unfortunately do.
That is it has some good ingredients, then throws in so many bad ones that it makes it a bad purchase.
Don’t get us wrong, Zinc and B6 are worthy inclusions and it is good that the dosages were included. As far as the proprietary blend goes, there were too many weak inclusions and weak dosages. Even though we didn’t get to see how much of many of the ingredients are in this T booster, it is clear by the blends overall dosage, it isn’t enough.
There is also the fact that this is such a pricey product. You really wouldn’t mind parting with that much money if it was going to work wonders for your testosterone. The fact is, there are far better products out there around this price range.
To wrap up our Test X180 Alpha review, it is not the worst product we have seen, but one of the worst in terms of value for money.
It’s pretty much a minefield out there, especially if you don’t know what you are looking for.
