The majority of ingredients included are there on merit. The high dosages of many of the ingredients are safe to use and a welcomed addition to your supplement.
This being said, we have our apprehensions about Synephrine. The risk of headaches and blood pressure being raised is one that you won’t find in the other ingredients. For us, it seems like a risk until there is more evidence to say otherwise.
There are a lot of stimulants involved in this supplement, so you have to monitor yourself, especially since Shred Jym advise you to consume all at once this results in a high quantity and combination of ingredients that are all aimed at creating a reaction.
This being said it is possible that the effects can cause you to crash a little later in the day. Many other supplements spread out your intake making the fat burning effective throughout the day.
Since there are many other supplements around that are natural and with no risk of side effects. You will most likely be looking at Shred Jym because of the high dosages and the hopes of a big impact.

When you start looking at Shred Jym there is a lot to admire. Firstly, they are big on being open with their ingredients and put a real emphasis on how they do not use proprietary blends, always a good thing.
There seems to be a little work still to do though with their ingredients though. It might work for many people, but everyone is different and the amount of each dosage means you are packing in a lot of stimulants.
Be wary particularly if you are using alongside other supplements. Even an energy drink might mean your daily intake of carnitine so keep a check on this.
If it wasn’t for Synephrine and some of the other ingredients having doses a bit too high for our liking, we would say this is a product that deserves a serious look at.
