Assault Labs Sergeant Steel Review

Ah, today feels like a good day to be getting into our Assault Labs Sergeant Steel review.

We have heard a lot about this product so now we can finally take a look at it we are going to see how it compares to our top recommended testosterone boosters.

Will it make the list? This depends on how well it does the basics, and if it can go even further for raising your testosterone.

The packaging and name are masculine, but can it make you feel more that way? Only proven and effective ingredients that are optimally dosed will do the job, we will find out exactly what this T booster is made of.

Like we said, the packaging certainly is eye-catching, but this doesn’t help with what is inside. A good testosterone booster has to do give you the following:

  • More strength
  • Increased energy
  • Enhanced libido
  • Elevated mood

Since our T levels drop year on year from around the age of 30 and do so for the rest of our lives, we need all the help we can get, let’s find out if Sergeant Steel can give us the tools we need.

Sergeant Steel Review: Who Makes Sergeant Steel?

sergeant steelThe people behind this supplement are Assault Labs.

The branding is very much military based, in fact, they even say this is a military grade T boosting product!

It is difficult to find any company information since their products seem to be sold through different online merchants. The fact that there are various sellers is reassuring and lets us know that this isn’t just a way of ripping people off.

Still, we like to know about money back guarantees, when the company was formed etc.

We can see they also do other products including a mass builder and a product called Estro Strike.

Although we don’t have that information, we have everything else we need to take a good look at this product.

Sergeant Steel Ingredients

Well, this is all the information we need and a positive sign is the fact that they do not use proprietary blends.

This way we get to take a good look at the dosages.

The suggested serving is a bit mad though. They advise taking 5 capsules twice a day. Not only is this a lot of capsules all in one go, but we prefer when the benefits are spread out. A perfect suggestion would be 3-4 times a day, meaning the benefits are felt throughout the day.

We march on.

Vitamin D3

Great start and an ingredient found in many of our top recommended testosterone boosters.

This is because low levels of D3 are often linked to low testosterone.

This means it is an important ingredient to get into your system, especially since many of us are deficient. This is a shame because we actually create our own D3 when our skin is exposed to direct sunlight, clearly, we are not getting enough rays!

The dosage here is a bit on the low side though in comparison with other top T boosters like TestoFuel. At 3,000 IU it will be more of a top up than an optimal dosage which it is a little under.

Magnesium

Another excellent T booster for different reasons.

Magnesium is good for stopping the Sex Hormone Binding Globulin from being so effective. This means your T is not bound and useless and can actually be out to work in your body.

It also protects you from oxidative stress. This is where your body has to stave off the effects of both ageing and from exercise.

Also, and this is a big one for us, it actually helps you to build muscle through protein synthesis.

The dosage of 50 mg is again a little on the tight side, it will help but not by as much as the better products out there can.

Zinc

Another great ingredient, it is ticking the boxes in terms of ingredients, just not dosages so far.

Zinc is so good because it works on many levels.

Firstly, our bodies cannot produce more testosterone without it so it’s pretty important. There is also the fact that it stops your body from depleting all of its testosterone supplies during strenuous exercise. This leaves more for later.

It isn’t done yet, as it is also good for stimulating the luteinizing hormone. This communicates with you testes to create and release more T. One of the best ingredients in this Sergeant Steel review.

The 15 mg in Sergeant Steel should be considered an optimal dosage.

D-Aspartic Acid

Ah, another brilliant T boosting ingredient.

It is popular in the industry as it should be.

Another that triggers the luteinizing hormone, it is also good for sperm count. Combine this with the fact that it is good for triggering the Human Growth Hormone and you have yourself a great all-rounder.

The 3,000 mg included is another good dosage.

Ashwagandha

A good ingredient, it aids your workout by reducing the stressful effects on your body.

Mostly found in nootropics for what it can do for stress relief but in terms of T boosting it can also be good for sperm support and muscle strengthening. It helps with the performance of your muscles during a workout

Another good dosage as well as it has 675 mg per day.

Mucuna Pruriens

Another good testosterone booster.

It is starting to show a good amount of knowledge form Assault Labs as this ingredient is thought to be good for enhancing libido

An important trait for a T booster but it is also good for stimulating the luteinizing hormone as well as reducing prolactin levels.

This is good as the more prolactin in your body, the less room there is for T.

250 mg should do enough for you to feel the benefits.

Nettle

More than just that annoying childhood nightmare that made you itch like crazy, it is actually a decent T enhancer.

This is because it lowers the effectiveness of SHBG, leaving your T free to roam.

250 mg will do an ok job here once again.

Fenugreek

A decent ingredient here and one that will help with libido.

Also good for supporting healthy insulin levels, if these are out of balance it can really affect your testosterone.

Tribulus

Ah, a shame.

They were doing pretty well with some good T boosters but this is an ingredient that is clearly based on old research.

The fact is this doesn’t do anything to support your testosterone let alone enhance it.

A waste of space.

Longjack

Can stimulate your libido, so by now, it is clear they have put a lot of emphasis on this in this supplement.

The problem is it doesn’t really do a lot else and there are already other libido enhancers in this product.

The wheels are starting to fall off now.

Boron

A bit of redemption here and boy did they need it.

This is a good ingredient for a T booster purely because it does two things you want. Lowers estrogen and raises testosterone.

The 5 mg here will be enough as well.

Sergeant Steel Side Effects

Well, there doesn’t appear to be anything in there that should worry you.

No proprietary blends make the deal even sweeter. As always, check the label in case of allergies.

Sergeant Steel Review Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Many proven T boosters
  • No proprietary blends
  • Some good dosages

Cons

  • Some of the best ingredients are underdosed
  • Various ineffective ingredients
  • Serving schedule not ideal

Sergeant Steel Review Conclusion

A product that does a lot right, but just enough wrong for it to not be one of our top recommended T boosters.

It has almost all the ingredients that should make it one of the best, but too many of the very best ingredients were underdosed.

With as many pointless ingredients as there are good ones, it unraveled a little the further we went down the ingredients list.

Not the worst product we have seen by far but still, we are comparing it to the elite for a reason.

To sum up this Sergeant Steel review, it will definitely boost your testosterone, but there are much better products available.
