Pre JYM Ingredients

Best taken as one scoop mixed with whatever fluid tastes best but usually water and then consumed 20-30 minutes before your workout.

Since there is a large dose of caffeine we recommend not taking it in the evening.


To give you that burst of power, creatine is good for water retention. Add this to the fact that you get great surges in power and faster recovery and you will see why this is useful both pre and post workout.

It has also been shown to increase your strength when doing particular exercises such as sprints, squats and bench press, as well as making you more agile.

This is part of the reason you need to be careful when consuming pre workouts, always check on the caffeine content, don’t take an additional scoop if it is high, which most of them are.

Pre JYM has quite a high caffeine amount of 300mg. So be careful if you also like to drink a coffee or two during your day and avoid taking this on an evening if you want to get a good nights sleep.

Pre JYM Pre Side Effects

The caffeine content is a bit of a concern – if you want to start lower and work your way up this is a good idea.

Everyone’s tolerance to caffeine is different. Some people seem to constantly be drinking coffee and at any time of day, where as others will feel the effects after one strong cup.

This is generally one of the better pre workouts on the market and is enjoyed by many people without any negative side effects.

There is a noticeable difference in your energy levels. Putting this into good use during your pumps should result in some serious differences in the weights you can lift.

It does contain a lot of ingredients, sometimes we like to see higher doses of carefully selected nutrients but there doesn’t seem to be a lot of filler in Pre Jym Workout.

The reservations we have are with Beta Alanine which as we previously mentioned can cause you to itch and give you a tingling sensation.

This can be the same for the caffeine content. If you find that this is affecting you then may consider reducing the amount in your scoop and work your way up. Like we say every body is different so what’s right for someone else might not be right for you. Just be sure to listen to your body.
