Olympus Labs Test1fy Review

With a great testosterone booster, there often comes a clever snappy name right? Well, that depends on what you think of our Olympus Labs Test1fy review today.

Names can be deceiving and we say you should never judge a supplement by its cover. This is because it is what goes into each capsule that is important, and this is certainly the case for T boosters.

It if is going to make it onto our top recommended testosterone boosters list, it will need to be better than the majority of products we see.

With so many inferior products in the market, it is getting harder to find a truly effective product that really gives you an abundance of testosterone. With this being said, some of these inferior products still sell bit numbers.

This is because not enough people are checking the labels and fall for the fancy packaging. Thankfully, we at CLM are here to help and run you through what you should be looking for, whilst checking if a product is up to the mark.

Test1fy claims it will do the following:

  • Enhance both free and total T
  • Increase muscle mass and strength
  • Lower estrogen
  • More muscle mass
  • Enhanced libido

Time to see if they have what it takes to back up these promises. But first…

Olympus Labs Test1fy: Who Makes This Testosterone Booster?

olympus labs test1fy reviewOlympus Labs are the people behind this T booster. They claim to be the industry’s leading brand for results. This is a huge claim and we will see if they can back this up shortly.

Based in the US, their site is a mix of in your face animations as they go all out with their branding!

They claim to be against brands who use marketing and branding to get clients, but a quick look at what they have to say about this product and it’s all “go from a mere mortal to a DemiGod”. It seems their approach isn’t much different, but maybe their product is?

They have a whole host of products with everything from estrogen suppression supplements to liver detoxifiers.

Such an exhausting list is what you would expect from a big brand, as is the merchandise as they sell a few items of apparel as well.

When researching for this Olympus Labs Test1fy review, we found the website to be so full on, it’s enough to give some a headaches, so we will carry on.

Olympus Labs Test1fy Review of Ingredients

Test1fy Ingredients Label

Here we can really get into it, the ingredients and dosages are where you can tell if a product is good or not.

The good news from the off is that they do not use proprietary blends. This means we can actually take a good look at what goes into this product.

They advise taking 4 capsules, twice a day. For us, this isn’t exactly optimal and we prefer to see a supplement that we can take over 3-4 times a day. This spreads out the benefits and keeps your testosterone levels consistently high.

Vitamin D3

About as good as it gets ingredients wise. We like to see this product as it is in many of our top recommended testosterone boosters and the fact that it is in this product is a good sign.

Low levels of D3 are linked to low testosterone so keeping it topped up is important.

Our bodies actually create their own D3 when our skin is exposed to direct sunlight, but many of us are deficient. This means surely we aren’t getting as many rays as we should be?

The 3,332 IU included is around the minimal requirement of an optimal dosage – so not bad, but not as good as some of our top recommended products like TestoFuel. Arguably the best ingredient in the whole Olympus Labs Test1fy review.

Anacyclus Pyrethrum

According to examine.com this ingredient is used as an aphrodisiac as well as being a brain tonic. Although the tests seem to mostly be on rodents thus far.

It takes a while for the effects to be felt, but they are considered to be persistent for a while after you have supplemented them.

It has its uses in a testosterone booster it would seem.

Ashwagandha

Mostly found in nootropic supplements due to the fact that it helps the body to deal with stress, but since this is a known killer of testosterone, it could be a decent ingredient.

It is also thought to be good for muscle support and enhancing strength so when using it alongside a workout, it might have a positive effect.

There is also the added bonus that it is good for sperm support that makes it a good choice.

Longjack

A bit of a disappointment, sure it has libido enhancing properties, but really, it starts and ends there.

It helps with circulation hence the libido benefits and in some quarters is believed to be a potential estrogen suppressant. We don’t deal in maybes though so the 100 mg included here could be better used.

Dehydroabietic Acid

Another ingredient that doesn’t have enough studies to back up its promise but it is believed that this might be an effective estrogen suppressant.

This is good since the female hormone takes up space that we want to be filled with testosterone. Less estrogen means your T has room to thrive.

Still, there are better ingredients that are proven for this.

Mucuna Pruriens

At least we have a return to the better ingredients for testosterone boosting. Mucuna Pruriens is good for increasing the luteinizing hormone. This communicates with the testes to create and release more testosterone.

It is also good for blocking prolactin. This in higher quantities can really lower the amount of testosterone there is in your system.

500 mg here is a good amount of an effective ingredient.

Calcium Fructoborate

This is a combination of two ingredients, calcium and boron.

Calcium is one of those ingredients that is more there as a cheerleader for other ingredients, bringing out the best in them so it does have its benefits even if it doesn’t increase T levels directly.

Boron, on the other hand, is another estrogen suppressant and it’s always good to have a handful of those in a T booster. It is also good for reducing the effectiveness of the Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG). This is what binds your T so you cannot use it. Therefore, anything that stops it from taking effect is good news for testosterone.

At 500 mg they have put a lot of weight behind it as well.

A good ingredient profile, but not excellent, a few things are missing really but it’s not the worst list of ingredients for a testosterone booster by far.

Olympus Labs Test1fy Side Effects

There doesn’t appear to be anything in this product that would worry the user. No proprietary blends and all the ingredients are dosed sensibly.

As always, we recommend that you check the label if you have any allergies.

Olympus Labs Test1fy Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Some good T boosting ingredients
  • No proprietary blends

Cons

  • Missing some top T boosters
  • Serving schedule not ideal
  • Some poor ingredients

Olympus Labs Test1fy Review Conclusion

Although it started well with a reasonable dose of Vitamin D3, it’s not ideal. One of those products that is a bit vanilla, just ok!

It had some clever inclusions such as Mucuna Pruriens but the reason it wouldn’t make it onto our top recommended testosterone booster list is because it did not include the likes of Zinc and D-aspartic Acid, two of the best T booster ingredients going.

We admire the fact that they do not use proprietary blends and it is safe to use which of course is really important, there are just far more effective products on the market.

Keep your money in your pocket when it comes to Olympus Labs Test1fy. They promised to turn you into a DemiGod with this T booster, but we beg to differ.

If you take anything away from this Olympus Labs Test1fy Review, then its to go for a product that has a list of effective T boosting ingredients at optimal dosages. This way you will start to look the way you want.
