Modern Man V3 Review
When a company tries to do too much at once, more often than not it can be to their detriment. Our Modern Man V3 Review is sure to be interesting one as we will see whether it can pull it off.
Essentially, a T booster should do exactly that – boost your testosterone.
We see the reason you would want to try and make a supplement that does something different but this product claims to boost your T – as well as be a fat burner.
It is no surprise that this is popular on Amazon – if you don’t know what to look for, the all in one approach might just persuade you to give it a try.
This doesn’t mean we have a product worthy of our top recommended testosterone booster list just yet. We’re going to put it to the sword and see if it can give us the following:
- More Strength
- Enhanced Libido
- Elevated Mood
- Increased Energy
If it can do all of this as well as burn fat then we will have a very good product on our hands.
Modern Man V3 Review: Who Makes Modern Man V3?
The company behind this product are Modern Man.
Their website is pretty simple but it works. They have some testimonials on there from some happy customers. Their about us section is just a small paragraph at the bottom which doesn’t really tell you a lot about the company.
V3 seems to be their flagship product for T boosting but the site itself doesn’t give you a lot of information about the product.
They’re not giving a lot away which is a bit of a concern for us. We couldn’t find anything about a money back guarantee but in some places, it says that it is risk-free so there must be something offered.
There are claims that there have been over 1 million bottles sold so you would think this has the potential to be a very good product. We know it is made in the USA at least.
With no endorsements either there isn’t enough on there to really keep our attention or make us want to buy really, time to move on.
Modern Man V3 Ingredients
Now we can really see what this product is made of. We’re expecting a long list of ingredients as it claims to do two major things for your body.
Since it only has 6 ingredients, we have our concerns already.
The good thing about this product is that it does not use proprietary blends. This is when a company will bunch together multiple ingredients in one place only giving the overall dosage.
This way, we get to see all the dosage and can tell if this is going to be a product worth buying.
The recommended dosage isn’t ideal though. Taking one pill twice a day isn’t going to spread out any T boosting effects. The best in the business have products that can be taken 3-4 times a day to really get your T high all day long.
The first thing to say is that some people online are unhappy about the change in formula, gone are the likes of Fenugreek, let’s see if this is a change for the better.
Not a T booster but a fat burning ingredient that could help your T in some indirect ways.
First of all, it will get your metabolism going. Your heart rate will increase which will get your body burning fat even when you’re not in the gym.
In terms of your T levels, it won’t really do a lot but it can help you to increase your power output in the gym and give you an energy boost.
The Anhydrous side refers to the fact that this is a powder-based caffeine that is very quickly absorbed by the body.
It works in almost every type of supplement from a Nootropic for focus, pre-workout for energy and a fat burner, just not for boosting your T.
In terms of burning fat, the 300 mg will help. Any Modern Man V3 review would be able to at least recognize that.
According to Examine.com this might help with cardiovascular and cognitive benefits through improved blood flow and antioxidant effects.
In terms of testosterone, this might be beneficial in the sense that eating dark chocolate is linked to improving insulin sensitivity.
When your insulin levels are controlled, your testosterone levels don’t fluctuate as much – stable T levels are what you are after.
You could just eat dark chocolate instead if you want these benefits, although there are much better ingredients for this.
Because it contains Theobromine it can help your body’s circulation – leading to you being able to absorb this product faster. Wait until we have looked at all the ingredients to see if this is a good thing though.
The 100 mg is unlikely to have any effect though as it is such a small dosage.
Part of the energy complex side of this supplement it is clear that they are trying to get you to notice a difference in how you feel by getting the heartbeat racing.
This doesn’t mean you are increasing your T, it just means you could be getting way too much caffeine in your system.
This is an ingredient we don’t see too often. It is an alkaloid that is found in coffee beans and is a much milder concentration of caffeine.
It is supposed to lift your mood at the same time of giving you a relaxing energy boost. This is all very well and again, might work to get your metabolism going. But in our eyes, it is taking up room that could be used on some better more effective ingredients for boosting T.
The second half of this product is really going to have to step it up.
An actual ingredient linked to boosting testosterone!
Probably the best ingredient in the whole of this Modern Man V3 review, but still one you won’t find in our top recommended testosterone boosters list.
It might help to restore some balance after the initial 3 stimulants this supplement has.
WebMD describes it as an adaptogen which can help your body cope with daily stress. In turn, it will reduce the amount of cortisol there is in your body. The less of this stress hormone, the better for your testosterone since stress is a known killer of T.
Another trait of a T booster is libido enhancing since this can increase this, as well as supporting sperm count, Ashwagandha might be a useful ingredient in more ways than one.
It might even help with increasing your strength and muscle performance, although further evidence is needed to support this.
The problem here is that really you need at least 300 mg a day to get the above benefits. Since the dosage is 2 capsules a day, we are only getting 200 mg from Modern Man V3.
You can see why they have included this ingredient since it is sometimes thought to boost testosterone as well as help you to burn fat.
It is thought to be an appetite suppressant so in terms of burning fat, it indirectly helps as you will feel less inclined to snack in between meals.
It is a traditional medicinal ingredient that according to Examine.com may boost testosterone, particularly in men.
The same article comments that in terms of boosting testosterone, most studies have been completed outside of the body meaning human trials are lacking at present.
There is no need for Modern Man V3 to use unproven ingredients, there are so many natural and effective ingredients to choose from it is amazing that they have gone for nutrients without a lot of backing.
The dosage is also on the low side once again.
This has more name variations than Prince did and is often known as Longjack and Tongkat Ali.
Another ingredient that is supposed to be a decent T booster but is lacking in a lot of ways.
Most of the studies that can back this as a T boosting ingredient have been compiled on rats. If you’re not a rodent then there isn’t anything to say that this will help to boost your testosterone.
It is a traditional libido enhancer so it does have that going for it.
So far, the ingredients we have looked at will get your heart rate and libido going but in terms of boosting T, they could be a lot better.
This might be effective in terms of decreasing the effectiveness of the Sex Hormone Binding Globulin which is something any good T booster needs to do.
SHBG binds your T which means you cannot use it. Anything that can reverse this is going to be a useful ingredient. It frees up some of the testosterone already in your system.
It might also help to reduce the effects of stress once again.
The dosage of 200 mg is just about the minimum of what you will need to feel the benefits.
Modern Man V3 Side Effects
The ingredients themselves aren’t dangerous but a word of caution regarding the stimulants. Since there are so many of them we would recommend that you do not take this supplement later in the day.
Obviously, if you want a good night sleep (which incidentally is a good thing for testosterone levels) then the caffeine and stimulant content in this is best taken before your evening meal.
Even so, the level is high enough for to want to watch out for headaches and jitters. These are two of the typical side effects of too many stimulants.
If we were compiling a Modern Man V3 review based on the previous recipe, it might not be so good. There were a few questionable inclusions so it is good they have changed it around.
As always, check the label if you have allergies.
Modern Man V3 Review Pros and Cons
Modern Man V3 Review Conclusion
In our opinion, the modern man deserves better.
That goes for you, and this supplement really.
With so many positive reviews on Amazon, we are amazed but at the same time fully aware that these can be misleading, to say the least. You just won’t find many positives in our own Modern Man V3 review.
This product tries to do too much, but even then it hasn’t tried hard enough to deliver what it promises.
It is missing key ingredients in both the T boosting and fat burning area. For an all in one type of supplement, it does nothing for either really.
If it wants to boost testosterone naturally, then it needs to include the best ingredients. Vitamin D3, Zinc (our bodies cannot create testosterone without it!) and D-aspartic Acid to name a few.
If it wants to burn fat it can’t rely solely on nutrients. Where are the likes of Cayenne Pepper for thermogenic benefits, Glucomannan for appetite suppressing and beyond?
The stimulants might make you feel like you are experiencing a difference, but believe us when we say it won’t be your testosterone increasing.
The stimulants will get your heart racing. This will help to boost your metabolism but what you will notice is just a faster heartbeat.
A short bit of advice if you want a product that will really get your T on the rise. Find one that can actually deliver what we said we were looking for at the beginning.
- More Strength
- Enhanced Libido
- Elevated Mood
- Increased Energy
The only thing on the list you can expect is increased energy and a bit of a libido boost from the Longifolia. The Ashwagandha is dosed too low for you to really get the libido enhancing benefits.
All in all, a testosterone booster should keep it simple and give us what we want – more T! Our Modern Man V3 review has not seen enough of the right ingredients.
It’s pretty much a minefield out there, especially if you don’t know what you are looking for.
