With so many options, it is actually refreshing to see a supplement that is stripped back a little.

They haven’t gone for any extreme promises. If they can deliver a product made of quality ingredients and dosages, it just might make it onto our top recommended testosterone boosters list.

They say the purpose of this product is to give us the following:

This is the US-based company that makes this product.

They have a generous 60-day money back guarantee. This is something we always like to see. Their products are made in GMP certified facilities in the US and they were created in 2009.

For a company that has been going under a decade, they have a decent amount of supplements. Some of these include the likes of mood support, Detoxx for hangovers and cortisol health.

There is a blog on their site, but it hasn’t been updated since 2014!

Time to see just what this product has to offer.

The initial look at the label shows us that there are no proprietary blends. This is good news and means we get to see all the dosages and ingredients.

The suggested serving could be better though. LES Labs suggest taking capsules once or twice a day. This means the T boosting benefits will not be spread out. Ideally, you want to be able to take 3-4 capsules a day to ensure your T levels are constantly on the rise.

They also say optimum results are achieved after 1-3 weeks of continual consumption.

What have they put into each serving?


A great ingredient and one you will often see in our top recommended testosterone boosters.

The fact is, our bodies cannot create more testosterone without Zinc.

It is also great for stimulating the luteinizing hormone. This communicates with the testes to create and release more testosterone, ensuring your T levels are going in the direction you want it.

Zinc also stops us from depleting our T levels so much during an intense workout. This leaves more in your system for later.

On top of all this, it even reduces the amount of prolactin there is in the body. Since studies have shown that high levels of prolactin often equate to lower testosterone, this is a great trait.

You can see why it is included in many testosterone boosters as it is a bit of an all-rounder. It even has the ability to increase libido.

Low Zinc is often linked with a loss of sex drive, fatigue, and even man boobs. Something we could all do with reversing is it affects us.

WebMD discusses how some athletes use Zinc for improving athletic performance and strength. They also say how it is used for boosting the immune system. An important mineral for men in particular.


An amino acid that isn’t uncommon in T boosters, but proper studies are, unfortunately.

Examine.com advise that L-Citrulline is used as a sports performance and cardiovascular health supplement. They also say there is not enough evidence to support the claim that L-citrulline supplementation improves power output during exercise.

This is why it is an ingredient you will sometimes see in pre-workouts. Derived from watermelon Examine also suggests that in order to receive the sporting benefits you will need around 6,000 – 8,000 mg before exercise.

Since we are only getting 150 mg a capsule, it is safe to safe we are not going to be getting the sports performance boost.

It might be useful for helping with erectile dysfunction which would help its cause for appearing in a T booster. The evidence for this is not concrete and the dosage would need to be a lot higher once again.

There is potential for its ability to reduce fatigue but that’s all it is right now, potential.

Maca Root Extract

Often referred to as Peruvian Ginseng it is a traditional ingredient often linked with being an aphrodisiac.

Examine.com advises that it does not increase testosterone but that men who supplement it have been known to experience an increase in sperm production.

It has a legendary reputation but in terms of modern studies, it is another that is lacking. There is promise for its use in prostate health which would make it a useful ingredient for any man. This is based on animal trials though and again, is only promise.

The research for it being a libido enhancer does seem to back up its reputation. The older we get the more we need ingredients like these since our T levels drop year on year from around the age of 30. This also affects our sex drive and function.

The typical daily dosage seems to start at around 1,500 mg for Maca. LES Labs Male Health has only included 150 mg once again. This is unlikely to have much of an effect.

Stinging Nettle Root Extract

Back to the proven ingredients.

Nettle is an excellent inclusion and one you will see more and more often in T boosters.

For a start, it is an aromatase inhibitor. This means it stops your body from converting testosterone into estrogen. This is exactly the sort of trait a T booster should be giving us.

It also inhibits the Sex Hormone Binding Globulin. This sticks to our T, making it unavailable for use. Therefore anything that can inhibit it is freeing up some testosterone so it can be yours to use.

This is particularly good news for older men who it affects even more. There is a study that shows how it has increased T levels in rodents. This is promising but we prefer to rely on human trials.

There isn’t a recommended dosage for nettle as of yet. However, the 150 mg included is likely to help with the above.

Tongkat Ali

Sometimes referred to as Longjack, it is another common T booster ingredient.

How effective is it though?

Examine.com says it has a lot of backing to support its use as an aphrodisiac. They go on to say there is a lack of evidence when it comes to T boosting but could be an effective anti-estrogen ingredient.

Another libido enhancer that might have other uses. There are too many of these types of ingredients in this product.

Also known for being anti-inflammatory this is good for general health.

You will also need at least 200 mg, the 150 mg in LES Labs Male Health is just short.

Panax Ginseng

Another traditional ingredient.

Ginseng is great because it helps our bodies to deal with the effects of stress. Since it is a known killer of our T, anything that can help us cope is a good inclusion.

There is one study that showed rats with 5% Panax Ginseng in their diet for 60 days have shown significantly increased blood testosterone levels. Again, human trials are what we rely on, but this is promising.

It is most likely included due to its libido enhancing capabilities. Again though, we already have plenty of these. It is thought to keep prolactin levels down though.

The 100 mg here is a good enough dosage for the benefits to be received.

The good news is that there does not appear to be anything in here that will cause side effects. The dosages are definitely on the low side and there are no proprietary blends to worry about.

Because it is not exactly potent, we cannot recommend this product.

It is safe to use and has a couple of decent and well-dosed ingredients but on the whole, it is a poor choice. If you are looking to really increase your testosterone levels then this is the wrong product for you.

Zinc and Nettle are good choices and Ginseng will help as well. The problem is the rest of the ingredients need more research and the dosages are too low.

A supplement that ended up being like the name and label, a bit bland.
