LeanBean vs PhenELITE Ingredients
This is where we can see which is going to be the best option.
The early signs for PhenELITE aren’t great though. They use a proprietary blend that covers all their ingredients. This means the dosages are not revealed making it hard to see if each ingredient is going to have an effect.
A good ingredient and one that is high in fiber.
It is a Brazilian health food for many people and has links to boosting metabolism. This has been included by both products, probably to help you to process food faster.
The issue is around the dosage. LeanBean have provided an effective 800 mg. This is over half of the amount of all ingredients combined in PhenELITE. Since Acai Berry is part of their proprietary blend, we don’t know how much they have committed here.
Green Tea Extract
A great fat burning ingredient that we always like to see.
A thermogenic, meaning it will heat the body up on the inside, causing it to burn fat to cool itself down.
WebMD tell us that Green Tea contains milder Caffeine than the likes of Caffeine Anhydrous and say this is about 2-4% Caffeine. This is beneficial as it gives a boost in both your thinking and alertness.
The dosage in LeanBean is 200 mg. This is a very effective amount that will give you the above. We have no idea how much PhenELITE have included due to the proprietary blend.
Not the greatest of ingredients here.
It was once heralded as the next big thing in terms of fat burning but since then, the studies have not been kind.
WebMD does advise that Raspberry Ketones can affect the hormone adiponectin. This is thought to reduce appetite and speed up the rate our bodies burn fat. They do say that there is no reliable scientific evidence that raspberry ketone improves weight loss when taken by people.
So, not the best ingredient but at least we know it only takes up a small 8 mg of space in LeanBean.
For all, we know it could take up half of PhenELITE.

WebMD even says that it can decrease LDL (bad cholesterol) levels in those who have lower blood fat levels.

Underrated slightly this is a really useful inclusion. It is coffee before the color and chlorogenic acid has been roasted out. This is what is good for fat burning.
It stops our bodies from storing as much fat and works to keep blood sugar levels under control.
WebMD links to a study that looked into adults with obesity. This showed that taking Green Coffee Bean Extract for between 8 to 12 weeks meant more weight loss for those when compared to others taking a placebo.
The dosage of 6,000 mg is a massive, beneficial and safe amount.
This ingredient is probably the reason why LeanBean doesn’t use stimulants.
It is a metabolism booster that will really get things moving by warming the body.
Similar then to the benefits of Caffeine you can get what your body needs without any Caffeine buzz. This is well suited to a female fat burner for many people.

This is the first of the really beneficial appetite suppressants.

Also, another appetite suppressant. It is actually the skin from this ingredient that is most beneficial.

The 400 mg included is an optimal amount.
Another thermogenic and a really useful ingredient.
It will have you burning fat whilst you rest but it is also an appetite suppressant.
WebMD support this and says it has been found to curve appetite, especially in those who do not already eat spicy foods.
60 mg is a good amount for a female fat burner.
Black Pepper Extract
The last ingredient in LeanBean.
Although it is not an actual fat burner, it increases the benefits of the other ingredients making it a good inclusion. This is made even better by the fact that the ingredients selected are great fat burners.
Not the best ingredient to start from PhenELITE.
There isn’t a lot of support for it in terms of fat burning although some sources say it can help to prevent fat cells from forming. Some even advise that it will reduce LDL or bad cholesterol whilst promoting HDL (the good stuff) levels.
It isn’t convincing though and WebMD say that is can lower cholesterol because of the high fiber content, they also say that research of African Mango is of low quality which really affects its legitimacy in our opinion.
Known to be included in wine, Examine.com says that it is falsely said to increase lifespan (does not appear to do so in mammals). It appears to be effective at protecting the heart but does not add years to your life.
It doesn’t have the benefit of human trials to really back it up though and supports for it in terms of fat burning is weak.
Also, we have no idea how much there is. It could be taking up the whole product for all we know.
Back to the better ingredients thankfully.
It wouldn’t be out of place in almost any supplement.
The energy boost you will get is obviously a good place to start. This is especially the case if you are planning on using a fat burner alongside a diet that allows fewer calories than usual.
The anhydrous version is what will be easily absorbed by the body and is a powdered form.
It will also get your metabolism going which is good news and the 150 mg per serving will be of benefit and will be well tolerated.
At least they have been sensible enough to give us the dosage of the stimulants!

A decent ingredient.
There is a lot of hype around it and you may have read about the fact that it can slow the rate that food exits the stomach. This would work in the same way as an appetite suppressant as it leaves you feeling fuller for longer.

Examine.com tells of one study that showed it might help with fat loss. The problem is, it doesn’t have the most evidence to back it up they went on to say it remains a very cheap and safe ‘home remedy’ for fat loss.
We will file this under the possibly beneficial but without the dosage, it might not even be that. PhenELITE weight loss pills aren’t doing themselves any favors here.
Laminaria Kelp Powder
An odd ingredient for fat loss, it doesn’t get a lot of support.
Some types of seaweed can help to oxidize fat but other than that you are more likely to get better-looking skin instead.
WebMD do say that this particular strand of seaweed is native to Japan but also say that there is insufficient evidence to suggest that it is useful for weight loss.
WebMD actually advises that taking it by mouth can be possibly unsafe as the iodine content is high enough to harm the thyroid. This is because consuming in more than 150 mcg of iodine per day can make a normal thyroid to become over or underactive according to WebMD.
Because it is part of the proprietary blend we don’t know how likely it is to affect this.
With links to weight loss, this could make sense in a fat burner.
The problem is that most research comments on its limited use when it comes to fat burning.
Grapefruit could be good for getting the metabolism going and the polyphenol you get will be useful. It might help with weight loss by boosting the digestive system but you want a bit more concrete evidence to support any of the above.
