LeanBean vs Animal Cuts
It’s the battle of the fat burners and we have one aimed at very much the female market. Our LeanBean vs Animal Cuts review promises to be very interesting indeed.
We look at a whole host of things when we consider which supplement beats the other, and before we start with the companies. Ltt’s take a quick look at what a good fat burner should do:
- Boost metabolism
- Suppress appetite
- Have no side effects
- Enhance fat loss
- Increase energy
So which of our two here ticks most of these boxes. The trick is all in the ingredients really, with dosages important as well as a supplement that is natural. Reducing the amount of possible side effects.
It’s time to stop stalling and find if what the companies are saying about their products is true, speaking of those guys…
LeanBean vs Animal Cuts: Who Makes These Products?
The clever people behind Leanbean are the UK startup Ultimate Life. They have a great deal of experience and expertise in the sports supplement world.
The first thing to say about them is they only use natural products. A refreshing break from the many fat burners on the market who pack their products full of artificial ingredients that do no good for your body.
They produce all their supplements in facilities that are approved by the FDA so they are doing everything by the book as far as we can see.
If you want to read more about LeanBean then read our focused review.
You will be hard-pressed to find a supplements company whose roots can be traced back to 1977. And that is just the case for Universal Nutrition, the people behind Animal Cuts. The first thing they can offer you is experience in abundance.
It’s actually a little challenging to find out more about them because their website is a little difficult to navigate around. But we soon got the hang of it.
They have a lot of different bodybuilding related products. This includes everything from supplements to protein bars, branded shakers and more.
They do have an impressive range of products. With many available in selected stores so you know they are here to stay. We have written an in depth review on Universal Nutrition’s Animal Cuts. To find out more take a look at our Animal Cuts fat burner review here.
LeanBean vs Animal Cuts Ingredients
Ok, so now onto the important part. The bit that really sets two fat burners apart – what is on the label?
Right from the off we see a major difference. LeanBean have an open dosage list and although they feature their ingredients, the dosages are not available from Animal Cuts. It is almost as though they have thrown in the towel already.
However, we are entering this with an open mind, knowing that there are still plenty of good ingredients being used by both. There are an almighty 40 ingredients in Animal Cuts, so to fit in an adequate amount of each into a serving must be a challenge. Let’s take a closer look.
Green Tea Extract
Good news here, this is included in both supplements. That’s good because it is a proven fat burner, with many other benefits.
It not only has a very calming caffeine side, but it also uses thermogenesis to burn fat. It heats up your body from within, which makes you burn fat as you cool down.
Other benefits include the speeding up of your metabolism on top of the multiple other health benefits not related to fat burning include lowering cholesterol and blood pressure.
It’s difficult to judge just how much of this is in Animal Cuts because of the mixes and blends that the ingredients are a part of. Although the 200 mg in Lean Bean could be a little higher, it will still do a great job.
One of those ingredients we always welcome in a fat burner. Again included in both. Green coffee is basically your regular coffee bean but before most of the benefits are roasted out of them.
Green coffee beans can boast of many health enhancing elements such as Chlorogenic acid. This has been shown to provide weight shedding properties. It does this by preventing the body from storing fat.
Another good product for enhancing your metabolism, it ticks a lot of boxes.
We can’t compare the two once again. But there is 6,000 mg in Lean Bean making it a very generous portion for you to enjoy the benefit.
Found in both of our supplements here, it seems this isn’t an ingredient to brag about. Often thought to have a loose amount of evidence to support it.
The general consensus here is that it isn’t very effective for weight loss. Although it is also harmless so there isn’t any need to worry about side effects from this ingredient.
That’s where the significant similarities end. So now let’s look at what makes them unique.
You don’t often see this in enough fat burners. This is a shame because it’s best feature is the fact that it helps you to feel full. This should help you to stay away from snacking which is where a lot of people put on too many excess pounds.
It is often used to improve the flavor of their foods. Since it is derived from a fruit this makes sense.
In particular, it is the skin of the fruit that is great as it is high in Hydroxycitric acid which helps to increase fat loss.
This is a super fiber, and a super ingredient for any fat burner since it is another ingredient that makes you feel full. Clearly, LeanBean is trying to make people stay away from snacking in between meals. The caffeine content is clearly to give you the energy to fill the void.
Studies have shown that Glucomannan is good at reducing cholesterol and naturally lowers your blood sugar levels after a meal.
DMAE for us is the worst ingredient of the 40 that Animal Cuts uses. It really can have undesirable effects. Its full name is Dimethylaminoethanol and its inclusion is likely to help you focus since it is more of a nootropic. Its major benefits are more for enhancing your memory and concentration levels.
We are not a fan of this being included as it is banned in many countries including Australia and Canada . Never a good sign for something you consume.
Part of the reason it is banned is that many studies have shown it to provide some negative side effects. These include high blood pressure and depression.
If DMAE is potentially dangerous, then this is potentially pointless.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to have any benefit to your fat burning or workout desires so it’s inclusion is a strange one.
LeanBean vs Animal Cuts Side Effects
Well, since they use all natural ingredients and safe dosages, Lean Bean is not going to land you in any trouble anytime soon unless you have allergies. Always keep an eye on the amount of caffeine you consume. But other than that we are impressed by their list of ingredients.
The same can’t quite be said for Animal Cuts. With so many ingredients it is difficult to say just how negative any of the undesirable ingredients are. But DMAE can cause high blood pressure and depression if taken in the wrong amount.
This alone is enough to put some off, but with so many customers worldwide, we assume it is safe for most.

Winner: Lean Bean!
Like with any of our supplement comparisons we go in with an open mind. It is always good to see how two different fat burners compare and the list of ingredients are always interesting as there are often just a few subtle differences to split them.
However, with these two we found there to be enough of a difference to find our clear winner:
