Isagenix Natural Accelerator Review

Todays Isagenix Natural Accelerator Review gives you the chance to take a look at one of the stimulant free fat burners on the market.

It is a chance to see what a product that you can use alongside virtually anything else can do. Still, it still needs to have the right ingredients and dosages to be effective.

Every fat burner needs to have something about it but you would be surprised at how many products just don’t do the basics right.

We expect a good fat burner to give us the following:

  • More energy
  • Appetite suppression
  • Increased fat burning
  • Safety

This is least we expect, so can Isagenix Natural Accelerator 60 capsules give us what we need? If so, it has a chance of making it onto our top recommended fat burners list.

Let’s start by getting to know the company a little better first.

Isagenix Natural Accelerator Review: Who Makes This Fat Burner?

IsagenixIsagenix Natural Accelerator

Here we have a US based company that is trying to cover a lot of areas.

Their website has everything from articles on success stories to recipes.

Isagenix has even created their own app to support fitness regimes. It looks good but doesn’t have the quality of the Boss Workouts program.

Their co-founders Jim and Kathy Coover have over 50 years of combined experience in direct sales and their site seems to be a mix of health and fitness with marketing and the business side of the industry.

This isn’t something we often come across and they even out on their own events. To be honest, their model seems a little confused and their site is very corporate at times.

Their other products include protein bars, and they even have their own Coffee. Like we said, they are covering a lot of bases (they even have a podcast section!).

Still, this all means nothing if they haven’t applied it all into making an effective fat burner. They have gone down the Amazon route of selling. Many companies are starting to avoid this, we have seen some saying they don’t want their products listed alongside low-quality alternatives.

If the ingredients are good, then it doesn’t matter.

Now we get the chance to really see what this has to offer. First of all, we have to advise that they use a proprietary blend.

This means we don’t get to see all of the dosages s they are hidden behind one overall dosage. 8 ingredients are in this blend and it totals 411 mg. We still have a fair bit of information to go on to see if the Isagenix Natural Accelerator price is worth it.

Niacin

Otherwise known as Vitamin B3, it is an ingredient that at times is credited with being useful for insulin.

It is a common ingredient in multivitamins because of the way it can help the body to make energy. It does this by breaking carbs down to use them for fuel.

A useful ingredient and one that works in a similar way to other B-vitamins. When you have more than you need, you usually pass what you don’t need through your urine.

Examine.com tells us that you need one gram for it to be effective. This means that the 12 mg serving you are getting in Isagenix Natural Accelerator is not going to have an effect.

Chromium

An ingredient that certainly has a place in a fat burner.

According to WebMD, Chromium can decrease LDL (bad cholesterol) levels in people who have lower blood fat levels.

It has even been found to communicate with the brain, to tell it that the body is full. This means it works in the same way as an appetite suppressant.

Full of trace elements, it is thought to be good for regulating blood glucose. This is helpful in the prevention of diabetes and various diseases including heart and blood vessel related diseases and others.

The 75 mcg is an ok dosage although there is room for more really.

Green Tea Leaf Extract

One of the better ingredients here and one you will often find in our top recommended fat burners for a reason.

Firstly, it is a proven thermogenic. At least they are including the sort of ingredients they promise us on the label.

It heats the body up on the inside, causing it to burn fat to cool itself down. An ingredient that burns fat as you rest making it an excellent inclusion.

The catechins are of the greatest benefit as they help to fight disease as well as act as antioxidants. Examine.com even says that they are anti-obesity as well as anti-diabetic.

The enhanced endurance you will get from supplementing Green Tea Extract is also a welcomed trait here. It is a milder stimulant than the likes of Caffeine but there is still enough to give you added alertness as well.

The dosage is all important here. Some of the better products we review go for around 500 mg of this important ingredient. This would total more than the entire proprietary blend in Isagenix Natural Accelerator.

Therefore, we are not be going to be getting as much as a lot of other brands.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Jump on the health food bandwagon and get some Apple Cider Vinegar!

Ok, we are a little skeptical but it isn’t the worst ingredient. Studies have shown it to slow the rate that our food exits our stomach. This, of course, makes us feel fuller for longer and means we are less likely to snack between meals.

It is often consumed before a meal as it helps the body to absorb fewer carbs. Even Examine.com refer to one study that showed how it can help with fat loss. However, Apple Cider Vinegar doesn’t really have the most amount of backing out there.

They do go on to say that it remains a cheap and safe ‘home remedy’ to aid fat loss. How much are we getting though? We don’t know if it is enough or not because it is in the proprietary blend.

Cayenne Fruit Powder

Otherwise known as Cayenne Pepper, this is one of the Isagenix Natural Accelerator ingredients that impresses us the most.

The more thermogenic ingredients a fat burner can use, the better.

This is another that helps you to burn fat even as you rest. It’s not done just yet though. Cayenne Pepper is even a proven appetite suppressant.

This is backed by WebMD who say that it has been found to curve appetite, especially in those who do not already eat spicy foods.

So, whether you like the heat or not, you can get the benefits from this ingredient through supplementation. The dosage needs to be around 100 mg or just below for a real difference to be noticed.

The proprietary blend once again stops us from knowing if we have enough.

Cinnamon Bark Powder

This popular spice is a traditional ingredient that has been used in medicine and flavoring for many years.

It is used here as it can help to reduce blood sugar levels and is anti-inflammatory. The dosage is needed though and since this ingredient is well tolerated, you should be able to get a fair bit of it here.

The proprietary blend is getting in the way again.

Cocoa Seed Extract

Examine.com do say that this ingredient could help by increasing energy levels in the user.

It has the same effect as eating dark chocolate (of 80% cocoa and above). The flavonoids might be beneficial for lowering blood pressure. However, the studies into this need further support. WebMD says that it is not clear how flavonoids work in the body, but they appear to cause relaxation of veins. This could lead to lower blood pressure.

Sounds promising, but we don’t like to rely on promise, only proven fat burning ingredients.

Ionic Alfalfa

An ingredient you don’t often see a lot of in terms of fat burning but interestingly, Isagenix often shows up when looking into its benefits.

It is thought to be good for improving metabolism and support overall health.

This is a little general, WebMD advise that taking alfalfa seems to lower total cholesterol and ‘’bad’’ low-density cholesterol in people with high cholesterol levels.

However, this is all under the ‘’insufficient evidence for’’ section on their site.

Not the most convincing ingredient and one we do not have the dosage for either.

D-ribose

A strange one as it is created by the body and not a common ingredient in supplements. It is linked with increasing energy in the muscles.

Essentially, it is the source of energy that our bodies create from the food we consume. The idea here is that we will create even more than we already have,

This is all very well but as WebMD states, research suggests that taking ribose supplements by mouth, does not increase power or improve muscle strength in trained or untrained individuals.

An unproven ingredient that may be here instead of stimulants, of which would be far more effective.

Black Pepper Fruit Extract

Not a direct fat burner but a useful ingredient.

This is because it enhances the capabilities of the other ingredients it is consumed alongside. This means the thermogenics, metabolism and energy boosters will all be more effective.

It is a shame that these are not likely to be dosed high enough on their own but this is still a good ingredient.

Isagenix Natural Accelerator Side Effects

The good news is that there is nothing in this product that should cause the user any concern. It only has natural ingredients that are all on the milder and safe side.

There are no stimulants in Isagenix Natural Accelerator and although it does have a proprietary blend, it doesn’t seem potent enough to have much of an effect, positive or negative for that matter.

Isagenix Natural Accelerator Review Pros and Cons

Isagenix Natural Accelerator Review Pros

  • Some proven fat burner ingredients
  • Safe to use

Isagenix Natural Accelerator Review Cons

  • Underdosed ingredients
  • Proprietary blend
  • Missing some key fat burners

Isagenix Natural Accelerator Review Conclusion

Although this isn’t the worst fat burner out there, it falls short in terms of impressing us.

We did like that fact that it includes Green Tea Extract and Cayenne but these are likely to be underdosed. The better supplements on the market will contain around 500 mg of Green Tea and 100 mg of Cayenne.

Since these ingredients are in a proprietary blend that totals 411 mg with various ingredients, it is safe to say there isn’t enough of either one.

It is a safe product though so you shouldn’t have any problem using it. The only issue is that fact that it won’t get you as shredded as some of the better options out there.

Isagenix Natural Accelerator has some of the better fat burner ingredients on the label, but it seems they are there to make the product look better than it is. If you know to look out for dosages as well, then you’re likely to avoid using this fat burner.

We are surprised that it sells so well on Amazon. However, we have seen cases where reviews are clearly manipulated because some of the worst products we have seen manage to sell well on Amazon somehow.

It is another example of a company that knows how to market a product that doesn’t live up to their own promises.

Stick to the proven ingredients of brands that aren’t afraid to give them the dosages they deserve.
