Unfortunately, that is the supplement world we live in for most products but it is what is on the inside that matters most.
Since it is one of the cheaper options on the market, we will be interested to see how it can stack up against our top recommended pre-workouts. There are some big and impressive names on there, so how does this compare?

We also know that they were established in 2009 and later partnered with Euro Nutrition back in 2013. After this, they completely rebranded their product range and now say they only use the most effective ingredients. Something we will prove or disprove soon.
Everything is made in GMP certified facilities and they offer worldwide shipping. A lot of their sales are made through Amazon. This isn’t an approach that all brands go for though. Some believe that it lessens their reputation as listing it there means listing it alongside low-quality products as well.
They have a decent product range with everything from Creatine and metabolism to energy support supplements. We do like that their site is simple but there isn’t a lot of useful information about the products.

This is where we can really see if this is going to be a product worth buying.
The good news early on is that there are no proprietary blends. This means we get to see all the ingredients and dosages. It, therefore, means we can see how effective everything is.
A mainstay in pre-workout supplements for a reason, this is a popular ingredient for having a variety of good traits.
So effective and you don’t need to cycle it as Creatine is well researched and considered to be one of the safest ingredients in supplements.
It is the benefits for your muscles that make it so good. It will give them energy and strengthen them after training, this is when their levels usually start to drop. Now you see why it is such a vital ingredient!
Creatine provides your muscles with everything they need to recover faster which also results in greater gains. Growth Factor 1 in your muscle tissue will be increased. This aids the development and growth of the muscles.

L-Citrulline has been found to give your workout more power and it even makes sure there is lots of oxygen in your muscles.
It converts in the body into Arginine which aids creatine synthesis. As a result, you will be getting even more creatine in your system. An ingredient saved for the higher quality supplements a lot of the time and the 1,500 mg is a decent amount.
An ingredient that is common in just about every type of supplement.
Arguably the most versatile then. Just about every supplement can benefit from offering an energy boost that is a well-documented benefit from Caffeine. This, as you get to the gym, will really set you up for a good session.

400 mg of Caffeine should be well tolerated if you do not consume anymore throughout the day. Our only reservation is the fact that it is a lot in one go.
It would be advisable to work your way up to the larger dosage and build up your tolerance.

Although this isn’t the best pre workout on the market, it does represent a decent option.
We like that they haven’t been stingy when it comes to dosages, although it would have been nice to see a little less Caffeine being thrown in.
There are enough positive ingredients to make us feel like it is going to have an effect and benefit your workout. The main problem is it doesn’t quite have enough of the top ingredients we would hope for.
The likes of Red Beetroot Extract would really be useful for huge muscle pumps. L-Carnitine would have been good for helping the user to maintain peak levels for longer as well.
To sum up this Iron Labs AC8 Xtreme review, it is probably about one ingredient short of being an impressive ingredient. For now, it will be considered a steady option, but not outstanding.
Since there are better options out there, we recommend that you don’t settle, and go for a product that will really get you the gains you need.
