Hybrid Oxycore Fat Burner Review

We all know it’s easy to put fat on, but how hard can it be to burn it off again? It’s a lot easier if you can find a decent product but will our Hybrid Oxycore Fat Burner Review give us a supplement worth using?

Time and again we have seen products promise fast results by using their rapid, industry number one, intense fat burner.

The companies that make the most outlandish claims almost always come unstuck somewhere. Usually the ingredients but it can be safety, dosages or even company reputation that lets them down.

What can Hybrid Oxycore Fat Burner do to avoid such pitfalls? For a start, this product needs to help us to:

  • Burn fat effectively
  • Be safe
  • Suppress appetite
  • Increase energy

So, can it make it onto our top recommended fat burners list, or are we going to be telling you to avoid it?

Time to start by looking at the company behind it.

Hybrid Oxycore Fat Burner Review: Who Makes This Product?

Hybrid NutraceuticalsHybrid Oxycore Fat Burner Review

With all their products proudly made in the USA, this company appears to sell a decent range of them.

These include the likes of nootropic focus, sleeping aids, and a T-Booster.

They say their goal is to help everyone achieve optimal health. They also say that they have the best and top rated supplements available. We haven’t seen reports of them being the top-rated brand for any supplements so we are very interested to see what this product has to offer!

Hybrid Nutraceuticals say this supplement is for men and women. The problem is they have very different needs and bodies. This supplement has been designed to do the following:

  • Boost energy levels
  • Increase metabolic function
  • Burn calories and fat
  • Increase stamina
  • Protect against stress

The bottle says 15 servings and 30 capsules and some of the ingredients are organically sourced.

The disclaimer says if you are not 100% satisfied they will refund you.

They seem to sell this product in large amounts on Amazon. This is not always a good thing as listing your products alongside low-quality supplements can work against your reputation.

Now we can really get into the thick of this product.

The early signs are not great. This product is made up of a big proprietary blend with only a couple of ingredients outside of it. This means a lot of the dosages are not revealed. Not only can this be dangerous if the ingredients are unsafe when dosed too high. It also means it is hard to give credit even if it is dosed well.

The suggested serving of 2 capsules a day does not mean the benefits will be spread out. Compare this to the preferable fat burners that can be taken 3-4 times a day.

Chromium

An ingredient that can improve insulin resistance as well as regulate blood glucose levels.

WebMD says that Chromium can decrease LDL (bad cholesterol) levels in those who have lower blood fat.

It is also thought to be able to communicate with the brain to control appetite.

The 100 mcg included per serving is a decent amount of an effective ingredient.

Caffeine Anhydrous

The only other ingredient included with the dosage, everything else is in the proprietary blend.

A useful ingredient though and a mainstay of many fat burners for good reason. The energy boost will be very welcomed for a start. This is because many people use them alongside a diet that offers fewer calories than usual.

Anhydrous means it is the powdered form of Caffeine, this is easily absorbed by the body. It increases your heart rate, boosts metabolism and burns fat.

Caffeine even benefits the brain as it helps the user to focus.

The 200 mg per serving means that taking two capsules gives you 400 mg per day. This is leaning towards the high side for only two servings but should be fine.

Magnolia Bark Extract

Examine.com describes this as a traditional Chinese medicine known for its neuroprotective and relaxing properties.

It may have been included to help work alongside the Caffeine content and provide a level of calm. It is also thought to have protective benefits for the brain.

Thought to be mainly a cognitive enhancer and an ingredient that helps you to deal with stress. Nootropics are great in fat burners if the rest of the ingredients are effective for burning fat.

There are rodent trials that show it to be effective for battling cognitive decline but until the human trials reflect this, we won’t get overly excited.

The active side of this is Honokiol which is thought to be more effective than some over the counter drugs and even comes with fewer side effects.

The human research tends to use dosages around the 500 mg mark. Since the proprietary blend totals 600 mg per capsule and has well over 10 ingredients, it is not going be giving you enough.

Green Tea Extract

A proven fat burner and one we always like to see.

A thermogenic and one that really works. This means it heats your body up on the inside, causing it to burn fat to cool itself down.

Green Tea will help to keep energy and endurance levels on the up which can help you to get more out of your workout.

Milder than Caffeine, WebMD says that Green Tea contains 2-4% Caffeine. Good for boosting alertness.

The dosage is important though. We are going to need an amount well into the 100’s which it seems unlikely in this product.

Guarana

Another stimulant and another effective one.

The problem here is we really need to know the dosage. When it comes to stimulants this is important.

Still, an ingredient with multiple uses. Not only can it suppress appetite but it can also stop you from retaining water. Of course, it will increase the heart rate and burn fat along the way.

A milder energy boost to Caffeine. This is why it is used in many sports drinks. Guarana is also thought to increase the body’s use of fat for energy.

Caralluma Fimbriata Extract

An ingredient that is being used in fat loss supplements but the research is definitely not vast at this point.

The main benefit it is being linked with is appetite suppression. This would be a great trait and one to be expected with a fat burner.

There are proven sources of this though so they have been a little risky going for an ingredient that still requires research in this area.

From the cactus family, there is a study that shows it could be beneficial for appetite suppression. The problem is the dosage used in this study was 1,000 mg. This would take up a lot more than the single capsule dosage and almost all of two capsules.

Hoodia

An ingredient that could work in a similar way to the previous ingredient.

It resembles a cactus and is a traditional African ingredient. This ingredient is thought to communicate with the brain to tell it that the body is full.

There are some issues that come with it though.

Examine.com does advise that Hoodia cannot easily reach the brain and aside from failures of it to suppress appetite it may also be mildly toxic and imprudent to supplement. An unproven ingredient that doesn’t seem to work, one to avoid then.

Examine.com does go on to say that rodent trials found that 500 – 1,000mg/kg in mice resulted in some mortality – poor mice!

Fisetin

A cognitive enhancer that NCBI has said it may be useful for treating patients with memory disorders.

Sources of Fisetin appear to be various fruits such as strawberry, apples, grapes, and kiwi.

Fisetin is an antioxidant that is being used to treat various diseases it certainly has some important uses. The problem is it doesn’t seem to do anything for fat burning and we have a handful of nootropic like ingredients already here.

Maca Extract

Often found in supplements, only these are usually testosterone boosters!

Maca Extract is thought to improve sex drive and is anti-inflammatory. Still, for fat loss, it doesn’t seem to have any relevance.

Glucomannan

Another appetite suppressant and an effective one.

This dietary fiber swells in the stomach, making the user feel fuller for longer. An ingredient used in many of the better fat burners.

Still, the dosage is essential. If it is going to be optimally dosed it is going to have to take up a lot of the room in this product. An optimal dosage would take almost all the room.

L-Theanine

You will find this in Green Tea so we are already getting the benefits that this ingredient may have to offer.

Thought to be useful for stopping our bodies from gaining weight. However, there is nowhere near enough research to back this up as of yet.

You are more likely to see this in a nootropic or a pre-workout due to its ability to help the user to focus.

L-Tyrosine

Another nootropic ingredient.

This product is starting to seem a little confused.

L-Tyrosine helps the body to deal with stress and increase energy levels. L-Tyrosine also keeps your brain functioning even when you are fatigued.

This is good since a lot of people will be feeling low on energy when trying to burn fat. Still, we are in need of some more proven fat burners here.

Banaba

An ingredient linked to weight loss and one that WebMD says might help the body to use insulin more efficiently.

Native to South East Asia the same source also says there is insufficient evidence to support its links to weight loss.

Thought to also reduce the formation of fat it is unproven, and we don’t have a dosage for it anyway.

Quercetin

The research for Quercetin is limited to test tube and animal trials.

Thought to be an antioxidant its main links are to testosterone.

According to Examine.com, it does increase the absorption of Green Tea Catechins. If it was dosed well, it would be a useful ingredient.

Of course, the proprietary blend stops us from knowing this.

Guggulsterone

Not the most impressive ingredients as Examine.com summarises by saying that guggulsterones have been investigated for their usage in elevating thyroid function, but with lackluster results.

The dosage would be good to see how much room it is wasting in this product.

Theobromine

Another nootropic and one that works in a milder way to Caffeine.

You won’t find a lot of support for Theobromine though. Possibly good for improving mood and focus but more research is required.

Pomegranate Powder

Pomegranate Powder is ingredient mostly linked with pre-workout supplements it is yet another that has no real place in a fat burner.

Thought to be used for muscle recovery and even enhancing strength there are some uses for it, just not in this fat burner.

Hybrid Oxycore Fat Burner Side Effects

The good news is that there does not appear to be anything in this supplement that could cause potential side effects.

All the ingredients are safe. The stimulant levels aren’t all provided. This would usually be a concern but the overall blend dosage, and amount of ingredients in it means it should be fine.

Hybrid Oxycore Fat Burner Review Pros and Cons

Hybrid Oxycore Fat Burner Review Pros

  • Some useful ingredients
  • Caffeine dosed well

Hybrid Oxycore Fat Burner Review Cons

  • Too many ineffective ingredients
  • Too many nootropics
  • Many ingredients underdosed
  • Proprietary blend

Hybrid Oxycore Fat Burner Review Conclusion

This isn’t the worst fat burner we have seen and it definitely had the potential to be worth buying.

The problem is that here are far too many nootropics.

Every fat burner seems to include them. This is fine, a couple are always useful. It’s just the fact that they use too many and a lot of them do not work.

That’s actually a bit of a theme with this product. Too many ingredients require more research or are just plain ineffective.

The best fat burners we have seen are full of great ingredients and all the dosages are revealed. Usually, they are optimal as well.

This is why you don’t have to settle for an OK supplement. You should save your cash for a fat burner that will really help get you shredded.
