Free Test XRT Review

One of the biggest traits of any T booster is freeing up the T in your system that is bound and unable to be used. This Free Test XRT Review will take a look at a product that claims to free up your testosterone.

To be honest, all T boosters claim this and it is nothing unique but it is harder to achieve than you would think. Well, most supplement companies make it look hard by not including what you need to make it happen.

In order for them to do this and all the other traits that you will find in our top recommended testosterone boosters, they will need to include all the proven ingredients at optimal dosages.

A good T booster should give us the following:

  • More Strength
  • Enhanced Libido
  • Elevated Mood
  • Increased Energy

Anything less than this will not do. So, does Free Test XRT have what it takes? Let’s find out.

Free Test XRT Review: Who Makes Free Test XRT?

Applied NutriceuticalsApplied Nutriceuticals Free Test XRT review

Located in North Carolina they make all their products to GMP regulations.

They have been going since 2006 so you would expect a decent product from them as a result. Their website is a little dated and a bit barren in places. We’re all for minimalism but when there’s this much white space it’s a bit odd.

They ship to pretty much anywhere but in terms of a money back guarantee there isn’t anything on their site regarding this.

They have a decent range of products including Raspberry Ketones supplements as well as fat burners. They also have one item in their apparel section, although the image did not load when we checked it out!

Let’s see how this transfers into their T booster.

This is where we can separate the good from the bad and the start isn’t ideal for this supplement. We notice that they use proprietary blends. This means we don’t get to see all the dosages which make it difficult to tell if it is a worthy inclusion.

The suggested serving is also off. One serving of 3 capsules in the morning means the T boosting effects will wear off throughout the day. Ideally, you want a T booster you can take 3-4 times a day to spread out the benefits.

Still, let’s see what it has got.

Vitamin D3

One of the best ingredients and often found in our top recommended T boosters for a reason.

The fact is, many of us are deficient in D3 and since low levels of it are often linked to low testosterone, it is important to supplement it.

Our bodies actually create their own when our skin is exposed to direct sunlight. Clearly, we aren’t getting enough sun.

The 1,200 IU is not even halfway towards to 3,000 IU needed to be an optimal dosage.

Zinc

Another great ingredient, our bodies cannot create more testosterone without this.

It is good for stimulating the luteinizing hormone. This communicates with the testes to create and release more testosterone. Zinc is also good for ensuring you do not deplete your T levels as much during intense workouts so it has multiple uses here.

The 12 mg dosage is a little on the low side but will still work to boost your T.

Vitamin K2

A decent inclusion once again and this is an ingredient you will most commonly find in cheese, egg yolks, and other foods.

It’s good because it goes well with Vitamin D3 actually enhancing its abilities.

The 160 mcg will be a nice boost.

7-Methoxyflavone

This is a bit of a Jekyll and Hyde ingredient as it can be good for lowering estrogen but can also cause your libido to be negatively affected if the dosage isn’t right.

The lowering of estrogen would be great as less of this means more T for your body since estrogen takes up space in your body instead of your testosterone.

The problem really is the proprietary blend. It would be beneficial to know which way this ingredient will go as it depends on the dosage.

Folic Acid

This B-Vitamin helps to support general health and it is water soluble.

It is thought to be a good way to naturally boost your testosterone so the amount of it included is all important.

The dosage is recommended to be likely safe by WebMD if taken under 1,000 mcg making the 800 mcg in Free Test XRT a safe amount.

DHEA

This might be decent for blocking the Sex Hormone Binding Globulin which takes a hold of a lot of the T in your body making it unusable. Anything that can reduce its effectiveness is good for T levels.

The problem here is that it is a maybe. Other maybes associated with this ingredient is it might be good for helping erectile dysfunction.

Maritime Pine

A strange one as this is a good ingredient for multiple reasons, just not for testosterone.

It is thought to be good for increasing nitric oxide which is good for erectile dysfunction. Since we have other ingredients here that can help with that and it is not strictly what we are after (we like some testosterone here please!) it is not the best ingredient.

The fact that it is part of the proprietary blends as well makes it difficult to vouch for.

Maca

Another poor ingredient for testosterone but it is thought to be good for sexual health in men. It improves the quality of your sperm as well as helps to increase sex drive.

In terms of boosting testosterone levels, there is no evidence of this making it another ingredient we could do without.

Velvet Bean

Often known as Mucuna Pruriens this ingredient is thought to increase testosterone in those low in T, but not beyond normal levels (Examine.com).

It is another that can stimulate the luteinizing hormone as well as blocking prolactin. The female hormone is a well-known killer of T so this ingredient does show some solid T boosting effects.

It would be good to know how much of this potentially good testosterone boosting ingredient is in this product but it is part of the proprietary blend.

Milk Thistle

Mostly thought to be beneficial for liver health there are some that believe this could be an effective T boosting ingredient.

The problem is the same as many ingredients in that there isn’t enough clinical evidence to support this claim.

Free Test XRT Review: Free Test XRT Side Effects

The good news here is that there does not appear to be anything in this product that could cause side effects.

The main issue is the fact that we cannot see all the dosages due to the proprietary blend but the overall dosages don’t seem too high.

Free Test XRT Review: Free Test XRT Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Some effective ingredients
  • No side effects

Cons

  • Underdosed Vitamin D3
  • Some ineffective ingredients
  • Proprietary blends
  • Suggested serving not ideal

Free Test XRT Review Conclusion

This just isn’t a good enough product for us to recommend.

It started well with some of the key T boosting ingredients but since they have included a lot of ingredients, they could have included less and then spent the extra on adding in more Vitamin D3.

Since there was less than half of what you need it is not a great option to buy this product, especially since most will give it the dosage you need.

They included the likes of Zinc and Vitamin K2 as well which shows that they know their stuff, they just couldn’t keep up the momentum to give us a product worth buying.

We see this far too often, a decent ingredient or two but then filled out with ineffective rubbish.

The proprietary blends and suggested serving did them no favors either, luckily for you, we know where to find the best testosterone boosters. This just isn’t one of them!
