The company itself has over 10 years of experience in research and health and nutrition. Therefore we really hope they can apply this to the product today.
They make their products to FDA standards in GMP certified facilities. Their products include joint support and L-Carnitine supplements to name a few. We couldn’t see anything about a money back guarantee.
Arazo Nutrition Testo Boost Ingredients
This is where we can really get to know the product and dig a little deeper.
The first thing to say is that they do not use proprietary blends. This means we get to take a proper look at the dosages and there is nothing hidden.
The not so good news is the suggested serving. Taking 3 capsules before bed might be convenient, but it won’t ensure your T levels are maintained all day long. A supplement that you can take 3-4 times a day is ideal.
Still, time to lift the lid and see what it’s all about.
A good start here and an effective T booster to get things going.
An ingredient that has been shown to reduce the effectiveness of the Sex Hormone Binding Globulin. This is what binds your T and makes it unusable. Anything that can reverse this frees your testosterone so it can be used.

It is better for sexual health then and may improve erectile function so the 750 mg which is the upper end of the scale for an optimal dosage isn’t completely wasted.
What they should have done here is stuck to proven ingredients. It’s frustrating to see this take up so much room in this supplement that could have been spent on a far more effective nutrient.
Mostly derived from passion flowers. It is an ingredient that doesn’t have the benefit of lots of studies backing it up.
It is possible that it can inhibit aromatase. Stopping your testosterone from turning into estrogen is a trait that every T booster should aim for. The problem is that it’s not backed by studies and this is largely disputed.

This is sometimes referred to as Tongkat Ali and according to Examine.com it is an aphrodisiac that has a lot of evidence to support this. It also says there is a lack of evidence in terms of testosterone boosting but might be an effective anti-estrogen ingredient.
Longjack could also increase sperm production but so far, these traits are in need of further research.
It might even be good for battling stress. Since stress is a known killer of T levels, this is a good thing but we are yet to see enough solid evidence once more to support this.
It is thought that 200 mg is the least you require for the above benefits. Unfortunately, Arazo Nutrition Testo Booster has only included 50 mg. This is far off what you need for an optimal dosage.
Saw Palmetto Berries
From the fruit that grows from this plant, it is an ingredient that is surrounded by maybes.
That’s a word we’re not a fan of really, we like concrete evidence to back up an ingredient.
According to WebMD it might prevent testosterone from being converted to dihydrotestosterone (DHT). If true, it’s good news as DHT is linked to causing baldness.
It might even serve as an ingredient helpful for sexual function but again, this is reliant on more maybes.
Most common dosages around between 150 – 300 mg. We only have 50 mg once again. It seems like they are just sticking ingredients on the label and adding a token amount in.
At least it’s not contained within a proprietary blend, we prefer their open and honest approach.
They’re going for the Berries in this T booster!
This is an ingredient that according to WebMD can have blood pressure lowering potential. It also says it can widen the blood vessels as well as reduce anxiety.
That’s all we can think of in terms of actual benefits here. If it reduces anxiety then as stress is bad for your T, this could be good. We are being as kind as possible here though as the evidence is insufficient to support this.
It seems the 50 mg is a low dosage anyway.
The fact is there haven’t been any human trials when it comes to using Hawthorn Berries and linking it to testosterone boosting. A lot of sources will recommend that you stay clear of it as it appears to have no use.
The main use for this seems to be for supporting joint health.
According to Examine.com it is a popular joint aid for athletes but what it is doing here, we are not so sure.
They also mention that in rodent studies it seems to be an effective painkiller. If we were being kind then maybe this is included to help with muscle pains after gains? Maybe not though as it could also be a muscle relaxant.
It seems as though there are more studies needed before anyone can start to say this is effective in any sort of supplement. It is also apparent that not enough human studies have been carried out thus far.
For one thing, supplementing only 50 mg is not going to make any difference anyway.

Quite a lot actually.
For a start, the staple ingredients that are proven T boosters such as Vitamin D3 and D-Aspartic Acid are missed.
These are ingredients that really get your T on the rise. For Vitamin D3, low levels of this are often linked to low testosterone. Since many in the western world are deficient, keeping it topped up is important.
We could also do with some more estrogen suppressants. You can’t rely on Magnesium to do all the work. Most of the better testosterone boosters on the market will include several to ensure your T has room to thrive.
Maybe even swapping Chrysin for Boron would be an idea as Boron is good for your T levels and keeping estrogen suppressed.

Even with natural ingredients, you can get side effects if they aren’t dosed sensibly. Everything in this product is either dosed well or underdosed so there’s nothing to worry about in that sense.

Let’s not forget that the suggested serving of 3 capsules before bed is also not ideal. Find a product that allows you to keep your T levels up all day long.
