Arazo Nutrition Testo Boost Review

Any T booster that promises proven results grabs your attention. The boasts from our Arazo Nutrition Testo Boost review today means we are expecting big things.

Every supplement does the same thing – promises the world but can it deliver? This is harder than you might expect. Only the very best ingredients and optimal dosages can provide that.

Still, what we are looking for is the following:

  • More Strength
  • Enhanced Libido
  • Elevated Mood
  • Increased Energy

This is the minimum we expect. Safety is another important aspect of course. So, this Arazo Nutrition Testo Boost review is here on the back of its strong position on Amazon. The problem is though, Amazon reviews aren’t always the most reliable.

Time to see if this can make it onto our top recommended testosterone boosters list.

Let’s start thing off by getting to know them a little better.

Arazo Nutrition Testo Boost Review: Who Makes This Testosterone Booster?

Arazo Nutritionarazo-nutrition-testo-boost

This US-based company makes some big claims about this product.

They claim that it does the following:

  • Supports weight loss, lean muscle growth, strength and fat loss
  • 20x more powerful than other available formulas for maximum male performance
  • Intense libido boost
  • Tested for purity and potency

Talk about some big claims – 20x more powerful than other formulas – which ones?

The company itself has over 10 years of experience in research and health and nutrition. Therefore we really hope they can apply this to the product today.

They make their products to FDA standards in GMP certified facilities. Their products include joint support and L-Carnitine supplements to name a few. We couldn’t see anything about a money back guarantee.

This is where we can really get to know the product and dig a little deeper.

The first thing to say is that they do not use proprietary blends. This means we get to take a proper look at the dosages and there is nothing hidden.

The not so good news is the suggested serving. Taking 3 capsules before bed might be convenient, but it won’t ensure your T levels are maintained all day long. A supplement that you can take 3-4 times a day is ideal.

Still, time to lift the lid and see what it’s all about.

Magnesium

A good start here and an effective T booster to get things going.

An ingredient that has been shown to reduce the effectiveness of the Sex Hormone Binding Globulin. This is what binds your T and makes it unusable. Anything that can reverse this frees your testosterone so it can be used.

The Journal of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Analysis has an article that shows how men with more magnesium in their blood tend to have higher levels of free T.

The studies and the facts are what we are after so it is a good start. It doesn’t matter what age you are, Magnesium is effective for your gains.

At 200 mg in Arazio Nutrition Testo Boost, it’s an optimal dosage.

Zinc

Another ingredient you will find in some of the better products.

Zinc is vital, in fact, our bodies cannot create more T without it. Zinc stimulates the luteinizing hormone which communicates with the testes to create and release more testosterone.

It is also great for making sure your body does not deplete levels of T during an intense workout. An overall essential ingredient in any T booster and it even gets the dosage is deserved with 30 mg included.

This is a very good amount, Our upper daily tolerance is around 40 mg. Although we get Zinc from various foods, this is considered a good dosage by many.

Possibly the best ingredient in the whole Arazo Nutrition Testo Booster review.

Tribulus Terrestris

We were hoping that the wheels wouldn’t have to come off somewhere, but they just did.

Not a dangerous ingredient, just a pointless one. It was once thought to be the next big T boosting ingredient when early studies were being conducted. Since then it has been proven to be ineffective.

All is not completely lost. Examine.com comments on how it has been shown to be an effective libido enhancer. However, Examine also comments on how it has limited use for power output and testosterone enhancement (which it has repeatedly failed to do).

It is better for sexual health then and may improve erectile function so the 750 mg which is the upper end of the scale for an optimal dosage isn’t completely wasted.

What they should have done here is stuck to proven ingredients. It’s frustrating to see this take up so much room in this supplement that could have been spent on a far more effective nutrient.

Chrysin

Mostly derived from passion flowers. It is an ingredient that doesn’t have the benefit of lots of studies backing it up.

It is possible that it can inhibit aromatase. Stopping your testosterone from turning into estrogen is a trait that every T booster should aim for. The problem is that it’s not backed by studies and this is largely disputed.

Chrysin is a flavone that is found naturally in the body but since there has only been one significant study that did not give significant results, we’re not getting excited by it.

It should be a bit of a warning sign when the foods that contain Chrysin have not been found to affect your testosterone.

It is thought that for any effect you need around 500 mg. Since we’re only getting 75 mg here, you would have to assume it isn’t going to do much.

Horny Goat Weed

Sure, it’s a funny name but what can it do for your testosterone?

A traditional Chinese medicine that is thought to be an effective aphrodisiac (see Examine.com).

More libido enhancing is ok with us, any T booster should have a handful of them. The same Examine.com page says that it has been shown to increase the level of testosterone in research animals. This is promising stuff but we wait until we see the results of human trials before we get excited.

With more research, this ingredient could be one we look for in future. But for now, we’re sticking to the facts.

The dosage of 50 mg is very much on the low side though so don’t expect to get much from this.

Longjack

This is sometimes referred to as Tongkat Ali and according to Examine.com it is an aphrodisiac that has a lot of evidence to support this. It also says there is a lack of evidence in terms of testosterone boosting but might be an effective anti-estrogen ingredient.

Longjack could also increase sperm production but so far, these traits are in need of further research.

It might even be good for battling stress. Since stress is a known killer of T levels, this is a good thing but we are yet to see enough solid evidence once more to support this.

It is thought that 200 mg is the least you require for the above benefits. Unfortunately, Arazo Nutrition Testo Booster has only included 50 mg. This is far off what you need for an optimal dosage.

Saw Palmetto Berries

From the fruit that grows from this plant, it is an ingredient that is surrounded by maybes.

That’s a word we’re not a fan of really, we like concrete evidence to back up an ingredient.

According to WebMD it might prevent testosterone from being converted to dihydrotestosterone (DHT). If true, it’s good news as DHT is linked to causing baldness.

It might even serve as an ingredient helpful for sexual function but again, this is reliant on more maybes.

Most common dosages around between 150 – 300 mg. We only have 50 mg once again. It seems like they are just sticking ingredients on the label and adding a token amount in.

At least it’s not contained within a proprietary blend, we prefer their open and honest approach.

Hawthorn Berries

They’re going for the Berries in this T booster!

This is an ingredient that according to WebMD can have blood pressure lowering potential. It also says it can widen the blood vessels as well as reduce anxiety.

That’s all we can think of in terms of actual benefits here. If it reduces anxiety then as stress is bad for your T, this could be good. We are being as kind as possible here though as the evidence is insufficient to support this.

It seems the 50 mg is a low dosage anyway.

The fact is there haven’t been any human trials when it comes to using Hawthorn Berries and linking it to testosterone boosting. A lot of sources will recommend that you stay clear of it as it appears to have no use.

Cissus Quadrangularis

The main use for this seems to be for supporting joint health.

According to Examine.com it is a popular joint aid for athletes but what it is doing here, we are not so sure.

They also mention that in rodent studies it seems to be an effective painkiller. If we were being kind then maybe this is included to help with muscle pains after gains? Maybe not though as it could also be a muscle relaxant.

It seems as though there are more studies needed before anyone can start to say this is effective in any sort of supplement. It is also apparent that not enough human studies have been carried out thus far.

For one thing, supplementing only 50 mg is not going to make any difference anyway.

Arazo Nutrition Testo Boost Review: Anything Missing?

Quite a lot actually.

For a start, the staple ingredients that are proven T boosters such as Vitamin D3 and D-Aspartic Acid are missed.

These are ingredients that really get your T on the rise. For Vitamin D3, low levels of this are often linked to low testosterone. Since many in the western world are deficient, keeping it topped up is important.

We could also do with some more estrogen suppressants. You can’t rely on Magnesium to do all the work. Most of the better testosterone boosters on the market will include several to ensure your T has room to thrive.

Maybe even swapping Chrysin for Boron would be an idea as Boron is good for your T levels and keeping estrogen suppressed.

Arazo Nutrition Testo Boost Side Effects

The good news is that there does not appear to be anything in this that would cause side effects.

Even with natural ingredients, you can get side effects if they aren’t dosed sensibly. Everything in this product is either dosed well or underdosed so there’s nothing to worry about in that sense.

As always, check the label if you have any allergies.

Arazo Nutrition Testo Boost Review Conclusion

Because it only has a couple of decent ingredients, we cannot recommend this T booster. It does just enough for it to catch your attention.

The likes of Zinc and Magnesium are good selections that we commend them for and like to see. The dosages of these ingredients are very good as well.

The rest just feels a bit like filler.

Hawthorne Berries and Cissus Quadrangularis are just two of the ingredients that seem to have little to no backing in the world of testosterone. Strange inclusions. Some companies talk you through the benefits of each ingredient. It would be good to hear what Arazo Nutrition have included some of the ingredients.

Let’s not forget that the suggested serving of 3 capsules before bed is also not ideal. Find a product that allows you to keep your T levels up all day long.

When you think about some of the big claims Arazo Nutrition make about this product as we mentioned earlier, it is a big let down. 20x more powerful than other available formulas. We hope we don’t get our hands on those supplements!

They also mentioned that they support weight loss – we’re not sure what ingredient is supposed to get you shredded out of all the above.

To wrap up our Arazo Nutrition Testo Boost Review, your money is best spent elsewhere. If you are looking for an effective T booster with proven ingredients and optimal dosages, check out some of our recommended products.
