The main traits they push for this product are as follows:

This is what we expect from a T booster so let’s see what goes into each serving.

Now for the all important ingredients.

This is where we can find out if it is a product worth purchasing, or another generic T booster.

The first thing we notice on the label is that there is a big proprietary blend. This means the majority of the ingredients (and there are loads) do not come with dosages. Instead, the total dosage of many ingredients is given.

Their suggested serving isn’t ideal for us. 4 capsules in the morning being the only serving. This means the T boosting effects will wear off throughout the day. Ideally, you want a T booster you can take 3-4 times a day to keep your testosterone levels up.

There are 27 main ingredients – you would expect every capsule to be the size of a tennis ball! Because of this, we will run down the most significant ones to see if this can be an effective product.

A pointless inclusion in this kind of supplement.

Magnesium

It is a sharp return to the beneficial ingredients.

Magnesium is one we find in various T boosters and it is good for inhibiting the Sex Hormone Binding Globulin. This will unbind your T and make it available for use.

According to The Journal of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Analysis, men with more magnesium in their blood, tend to have higher levels of free T.

This is what we prefer to see – proven ingredient backed by human trials.

Our issue is the dosage of 500 mg. This is high. According to WebMD 420 mg is the recommended dietary allowance for men 31 and over.

Combine this amount with what you take in on a day to day basis and you are getting a high dosage. Too much magnesium can result in stomach upsets, cramps, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting and more.

Zinc

Up there with the very best ingredients for a T booster.

The fact is, our bodies cannot create more testosterone without it. Zinc is useful for stimulating the luteinizing hormone which communicates with the testes to create and release more T.

It is also good for ensuring our bodies do not deplete T levels so much during intense workouts.

Its main trait seems to be the fact that it helps the body to absorb nutrients. The idea is that it will make the supplement faster and more efficient to absorb.

Garlic

Not one you would usually associate with T.

There is a study that showed that rats on a high protein diet increased testosterone when Garlic supplementation was introduced.

The problem with this is the lack of human trials to confirm this. We’re not convinced, it’s a surprising inclusion on the back of one study on rats.

Tribulus Terrestris

A bit of a frustrating ingredient.

It was once heralded as the next big thing in terms of T boosting. Since then various studies have shown that this isn’t the case.

One thing you can’t dispute is the libido enhancing effect it can have. Examine.com states it has been shown to be an effective libido enhancer. However, this is also a site that comments on its limited use for power output and testosterone enhancement (which it has repeatedly failed to do).

The dosage would be handy about now. The proprietary blend is already frustrating us.

Horny Goat Weed

Ok, this traditional Chinese medicine is another that is good for sexual health. Examine.com confirming that it is thought to be an effective aphrodisiac.

It might even be good for increasing T levels, this is the case in research animals. All sounds good but we wait for concrete human trials as always.

You still want to know if you are getting enough for it to be effective.

Maca

Another traditional ingredient and one that is often used for sperm support.

It is also thought to be good for stamina levels. It might also be good for battling the after-effects of stress, but not stress itself.

You need a relatively big dosage of this. Anything around 1,500 mg to begin with. Since the total blend is under 5,500 mg, this would be a large portion considering the number of ingredients in there.

Rhodiola Rosea

This is an adaptogen that is often used in T boosters to reduce the effects of physical stress. Stress really makes it difficult to build muscle so anything that can help is good news.

It is good for helping your body to deal with prolonged stressful situations.

It works like Zinc in that it stops us from depleting our testosterone levels so much as a result of strenuous exercise.

You need between 200 – 600 mg daily to feel the effects. We have no idea if this is the case with this supplement because of the blend.

L-Arginine

It could also be good for protein synthesis.

Saw Palmetto

D-Aspartic Acid

One of the best ingredients and found in many of our top recommended testosterone boosters.

This is because it increases the Human Growth Hormone level in your system. It also works fast to increase your T.

Studies have shown that DAA can raise T levels by up to 50% in less than 2 weeks! It is another that stimulates the luteinizing hormone. A great ingredient for really getting your T on the rise.
