What the heck does that even mean, Oliver?
I earn my living by making other people happy through magic, breakdance and rhythm.
My ‘jobs’ keep me quite active, but because I was brought up with health and nutrition obsessed vegan parents and fitness obsessed brothers, I’ve always had an interest in living well, eating super clean, keeping fit and healthy, educating and informing myself and having as much fun as possible!
Diet and Nutrition
I was raised vegan for the first few years of my life, then lived on a balanced diet including animal produce for many years and am slowly returning full circle to reducing my animal produce consumption – mostly for the sake of the planet, but also for my health and taste buds.
But don’t worry – I’m not here to preach and push annoying vegan morals on you.
I know good quality meat, fish and animal produce can contribute to a healthy, well-balanced diet.
Health and Fitness Doesn’t Have to Be Boring!
After surpassing my ‘CBA’ (can’t be arsed) teenage years I discovered I actually really enjoy cooking and eating well and have always loved to move and play; whether it’s breakdancing, climbing/bouldering, calisthenics, gymnastics, acrobatics, circus or even pole fitness!
Over the years people have continually asked me for workout, diet and general health advice, so here it is collected in one convenient place with my honest thoughts about everything you need to know to turn you into a #CleanLeanMachine…
Generally, I don’t worry about dieting or exercising. There’s no calorie counting, no guilty feelings – I just LIVE!
But I understand, it isn’t as easy as that for most people. So this website is a whole wealth of information to help you achieve your goals.
